I assume with a high probability that the movie presented here is fake. First of all, the pipe outlet should be under water and is now above, which should prevent the engine from working. Driving alone is definitely too fast compared with similar engines. The film itself is made of very short pieces where the engine assembly is not shown exactly, and its sailing into fragments of a few seconds. For me - fake.
