Same here. That scroll feature blew my mind. I saw Ian Kirkpatrick demo a similar feature in Cubase and was jealous thinking that was exclusive to only Cubase. Now I know we have that also. Apple is really doing a terrible job at marketing Logic. Every time I find out Logic can do what another DAW can do, I’m stunned.
Just in case anyone is curious here’s the video of how it works in Cubase which I was jealous of, it’s called Slide. But so happy to know Logic users have it. ua-cam.com/video/OVnEaOcAwLY/v-deo.html
could anybody help, how he actually scrolled inside the audio track? i didnt get it ... to use option + arrows left and right just moving the whole track, but how did he scroll inside the audio file? thank you all
Would love a video on the "track editor" i cant see how it is useful!? I use the file editor all the time for normalising or offline fades for audio but the track editor seems so fiddly and clumsy!? why not just use the arrange window?
I use capture record all the time! Also I love that Logic is always listening when record arm is on for audio tracks. Even if I forget to push record if I just push it at the end of a phrase II'm recording audio on it catches everything from where I started playback.
wow! Been using logic for so many years and that scroll feature has blown my tiny mind!!!
