Jesus mate you have some strong knees! I couldn't last with the hip/ hamstring stretch. Had to get myself a cushion lol
haha yeah I'd typically go for a cushion or a yoga mat. We initially filmed these on the grass but had to refilm a bunch of times. On this take I completely forgot how hard the ground was 😆
