I enjoyed this video. Because altough I have never followed anything of your poker school, over time I came up with the exact same thought process. I just have my own names for the things. Quite cool and weird feeling LOL
Great video. Poker content machine god at the moment! ;-). I think I am between base and exploit games in terms of study/acumen and hoping that good judgement comes along for the ride! I like the articulation of exploit game, as I feel that too many players seem to pluck these out of the air and make way too wide population reads that are non specific along the lines of population doesn't bluff etc etc. I think this specific awareness and logic and specific application is much more prudent. On the last hand, I wonder how much better we would all play spots like this if somehow you always got to see the villains cards, i.e. hero folds (or just correct folds!) do not bring that instant validation (or at least it is hard to garner it in your head when you maybe think they bluffed), people mug themselves off because they want to see the cards, and so judgement and exploits get minimised. Great stuff Pete
Do you have any tips how to build a solid base game strategy? Currently I'm in between training with GTOWizard trainer and reviewing my uploaded hands and writing down biggest mistakes by % of the pot. I have 7bb/100 EV winrate at 5NL-25NL in 150k hands, after learning for 3 months, but I still don't feel like I have solid base game as I often find myself wandering in many spots and starting to doubt myself and lose confidence after couple of spots in a row are really unclear. Thank you 😊
A2 wasn't just a bad call, it's nearly an unforgivable call. We know for 100% certainty that they are never bluffing here at these stakes, we know 99% they aren't doing this with a set, and we know 90% they aren't doing this with with the 9 combos of A2 thats left. The call was terrible but the better question if we should even raise the B75 from villain if we can't fold to a jam? If we decide to raise river we have to already have decided if villain jams we fold.
Nicevideo!. I snap fold that situations like last hand last couple of months. Probably saved me a lot of money!!!

"Maybe I'm making a minor change, maybe I'm making a major change." Pun intended in the musical metaphor?

From now on in all your videos color coding all decisions with blue, red and yellow (via your editor of course) would be quite helpful.
Awesome idea to do an applied version of this in live play format.
Love it. Get successful
I really dislike that you changed the colour code. I like the CPS colour coding.

Please please can you reconsider? I must have your forgiveness. I need it to go on.
Should we even raise preflop if we can't call a reshove?
@@jjprodigyifyWe should probably have taken a different path in life of we can’t find a fold on this river. Maybe medicine or law.
@@CarrotCornerPoker maybe a simple job, like at a call centre, we would be very call-happy
Fun fact, i have the honour to be Like Number 67 😇😂😜
