I always wondered why it was called Viper Tail instead of Viper Fang. Seeing how the suffix of the X beys are a weapon or a part of an animal's body used for hunting/fighting, I'm assuming the creature in the bey is going to be a rattlesnake.
In headcanon, I call the yellow/orange and black Viper Tails "Copperhead" and "Black Mamba".
It's cause of the blade... it is composed of various tail-like shapes

I barely got into burst. Mainly just picking up some beys that I really liked towards the end like vanish Fafnir, greatest Raphael, Xiphoid Xcaliber, and the astral Spriggan set. But I'm loving the look of the Viper Tails (yes, even the yellow one) and I'm tempted to pick up the full set. Now I just gotta figure out if I need to finally replace my Hades Gate stadium from metal masters

Hmm, since i've never got into burst to know the burst system enough, i dont know if we are supposed to re-tighten the ratchet of BBX after each battle or if we r suppose to launch the BBX w/o touching the ratchet; can any1 clarify this to me?
Also, does any1 hav a recommendation of where to buy BBX with scannable QR codes? I.e. the ones that r the japanese variant n not the hong kong variant. I hav the beyblade battlepass n it kind of sucks that i cant scan any of my codes at the moment (ik that the app will b available to other regions later on, but i cant wait that long nor do i know when that would b). Thanks in advance!
Re-tighten per match. The way burst did the burst system makes it physically unable to hold onto the Beyblade if it's not tightened, due to the metal prongs of the disc layer blocking the hooking area for the launcher if it's even one click forward. For Beyblade X I'm not sure if there's a method they use like that since it's a different locking mechanism, but you are supposed to reset per match for each match to be fair.

I think the main one is better because you get new parts. But the black viper tail combo is super fun.
