Death au with dark impulse Mikey, the reason why i want this is because Mikey didn't really cared much in the original, that's why i want this au in which they care for each other a lot but then izana including Emma died, Emma first then when Mikey and izana went to settle the score, kisaki tried sneak attack kakucho in order to create panic and in order to break izana because if izana is affected then Mikey will be affected too because of how much he cared about his brother, however izana noticed it and saved kakucho but he couldn't save himself, Mikey who was already vulnerable because of his sister's death completely broke when his brother, his last family, the person who understood him and the person who he cared about the most was gone, buring with rage Mikey submitted to the dark impulse and killed kisaki, his heart was permanently broken and no one could heal it, because of which he became the boss of the criminal organisation. Kakucho who was devastated by his king's death decided to follow Mikey and protect him because izana cared about Mikey the most, but during the final battle between 3 deities kakucho died too, he reunited with his king, izana on the other hand continued to watch over Mikey from above, he watched over both kakucho and mikey, Mikey who was completely alone, depressed, exhausted and broken with no ray of hope eventually decided to end his own life and before doing so he wished to reunite with his brother again in afterlife. Ok that got a bit too long, u can make changes if u want. Edit: i just watched your other video and got an idea, how about this, bonten Mikey decided to cut his hair, dye them and style them just like izana so that he will never forget him and to honour him, izana wanted to create a kindom where he was the king, Mikey did just that, he created a kingdom and took control over Tokyo, and no one could do anything about them, Mikey never claimed the title of the king because he created that kingdom for izana and izana was the only king, no one else, he took izana's earring design as the symbol of the gang who ruled over Japan, and instead of him dying, he just decided to protect and take care of the kingdom he has created for his dear brother till his last breath, it's your choice which ending u want to choose😀 Edit: or what if instead of dying kakucho actually failed in stopping the train all the others died while kakucho survived, Mikey decided to forgive his betrayal because kakucho was really important to izana, and kakucho followed Mikey and became one of the most important and powerful executive of bonten. I'm sorry, new ideas just keep coming up.
Wdym mikey doesn't really cared much in original? Dude literally want to save him and forgive him after he kill Emma. As if not enough, he become copy of izana in Bonten with a freaking tattoo as a symbol for their gang. It's izana symbol u know, Mikey literally dedicated his life to fulfill Izana dream with the people who close with Izana. Bonten most definitely Izana's dream to rule in underworld. After turn back time he go to find Izana to comfort him and to be accept as his brother. Bro really think he doesn't care.

They are technically half brothers, they never actually met to my knee ledge, shinichiro just told mikey he had another brother but never specified who it was, mikey in the anime/manga just found out because of context clues
