I agree, but also Usher added his own flair to the moves. He did make a comment that he was 44 and couldn't do some of the moves, like when JK jumps up at close to the end of dance. Please react to the original MV.

This is a song from Jungkook's album "Golden" and it's not "Usher's remix" but "remix WITH Usher" of JK's single from the album.
And a little background on how BTS are involved with Usher....BTS's entertainment company HYBE, of which they are major stockholders and entitled to participate in business decisions, purchased american entertainment company Ithaca Holdings run by famous music producer Scooter Braun and renamed it HYBE America and retained Scooter Braun as the CEO. Artists working under their label include Justin Beiber, The Kid Laroi, Ariana Grande, Selena Gomez and others....and Scooter Braun manages Usher. So BTS are very connected in the music industry and very powerful.

You should watch the ORIGINAL JK's solo version. If you think the dancing and singing in this remix is great wait till you see and hear JK's solo MV. Usher is a big role model as well as Michael Jackson for JK. So glad to see them collaborate.

If you want to watch an epic performance. React to Jungkook's live performance in Times Square. He performed 5 of his songs from his Album Golden. A huge crowd gathered with only half an hour notice.
Jungkook put the song out in December, and he and Usher collaborated with Usher a little after. When the album went out, it went to #1 on the charts, and knocked Taylor Swift off. Jungkook adores Michael Jackson, so the original video was a tribute to MJ. He's one of the greatest pop singers today, his album is called Golden. The youngest person in a family is called the "maknae" and since Jungkook can do everything, RM gave him the nickname "Golden Maknae". As for the tats, in k-pop you're not supposed to have tats, but he did it anyway. He had to wear long sleeves, but eventually that stopped too.
Just this week he won Male Artist of the Year at the People's Choice Awards,, as well as quite a few awards during the fall. His hit song Seven was #1 on the US chart in July-Aug for seven weeks, and #1 on the Global Chart for 13 weeks.
Not just long sleeves but a glove to cover his knuckle tattoos too! It went from skin coloured to black to none. I get that Korea is more conservative, but its 2024...and JK is a grown man, he should be able to show his tattoos xD
As others have said, please react to the original version of Jungkook's song on the original MV, and also there is a choreography version MV that is just all dance which you would enjoy. If you watch those you will see that JK is doing the original choreography in this MV and Usher is riffing off that in his own style.
If you react to Jungkook's song Seven, there is also an all-choreography version MV of that as well. His live performances are all fire too. TSX Times Square, Audacy, iHeart Radio and Fallon are standouts.

You HAVE to watch the original video. You will love it! Yes, he has tattoos and has lip and eyebrow piercings too. You will see it in other videos. I think he removed them because he was prepping for enlistment or maybe just wanted to look more clean cut.
He let the eyebrow piercing go after only a few months. It didn’t work for JK. 💜

Jungkook wanted to explore new genres and storytelling with his new music. thats why its all in english and has the love stories. Becasue he says he didnt relate to it but wanted to tell the stories. I'm really proud of him for clearly going out of his comfort zone.

Jungkook solo album came out 11/13/23 it's called
"GOLDEN" this song is on his album.
Jungkook sings with a group called BTS from South Korea, it's the biggest Global group in the world right.
All South Korean males have to do "Mandatory Military Service" from 18mos-2yrs.
All BTS members are in Military Service now.
But before enlisted the group decided to do solo albums since they're all enlisting different times.
Each member have already debuted there solo album.
Jungkook is the last and youngest in the group to finish his album.
Each member had the freedom to do any kind of album style they wanted to,
Jungkook wanted Pop style album all English.
The group will be back together in
12/ 2025 when everyone finish military service.

i think usher didn't have more than a handful of hours to learn the choreo, if even.
he did great despite this and the editing team did a good job too.
jk and his dancers were doing the choreo for quite some time and several performances already, so they're already way more comfortable and used to dancing it.

Are you sure Usher performed this at the Super Bowl halftime show? I watched the whole thing ,& did not hear this song or any of his newer songs. His performance was titled 30 yrs or something referring to 30 yrs of making music & did iconic songs from those yrs.
