Both the Old and New Testaments are in the context of a masculine reference, often "Father". However, there is a significant number of feminine references to God, most often in some maternal role.
It's only common sense that God would be outside the gender spectrum aka non binary.
It just takes a read of the bible to know that God does not have any "sex" organs and therefor should not be considered a man or woman. We call him a "him" because of societal reasoning. But from the text, God is described to have parts from both sexes.
