@@mayorebfarnum8114 yeah or fears for his life because this man has 26 cousins that are gonna break his skull if he acts? If we're going to judge the store owner then let's try the full spectrum of things, right.
What this guy doesn't realize, by letting these habitual thieves off the hook, they're allowing them to do this other places & or be free to commit other crimes.
It doesn’t matter whether the man goes to jail or not. When he leaves jail after serving his time he will go right back to stealing and doing what he was doing before. Thus making the jail time useless because it didn’t resolve the issue. The whole point is to get to the root of the problem and solve it so that the man doesn’t continue to do what he did before. We want the man to stop stealing. But by throwing them in jail you didn’t do anything all you did was basically keep a criminal off the streets temporarily. Statistics indicate that criminals often times will repeat the same crimes and offenses once they are out of jail. That’s making jails not as efficient as they should be. I would much rather have my tax dollars being spent to rehabilitate these people instead of just throwing them in jail every five seconds for something that it’s not going to be fixed with jail time. They need psychological help not just jail time.
The owner, Alloy, is a stupid coward. @5:02, the even insults his own employees by saying that he wished that his employees did as good a job as the thief. Shook the thief's hand, accepted his "apology", got robbed again. Whatta moron.
Sad to say, but he won't have gotten away if he was a white male, as that's the target group rn. Idk why media assumes all white makes are rich and don't do the shop lifting for the same reasons as other ethicists.
@Logan Craddick "This man looks like a regular shopper" lol, dude just stroms in sketchy asf with a duffel bag and shades on. If I was a clerk there, I'd be like 'wtf is this guy doing'.
Dennis is far too lenient. " I wish my employees did as good of a job as he did" If your employees did as good of a job as he did, you'd have nothing to sell. Jail is exactly what that fool needed.
I couldn’t believed Danny said that. If your employees get hurts what are you going to say? They did their best locking, calling 911 but must be one of those unimportant emergency that took them forever to get there. Ridiculous how cops are when nothing big almost every cops nearby patrolling show up. The system with PD is messed up. No wonder defund the police is not necessary. Yo! Hold Up Internet! I think we have genuinely found the nicest guy in the world!! This man's actions replicate Jesus! Forgiveness is the fundamental aspect here. If the store owner confronted him he could have probably been shot so it wasn't worth it take a look at the guy that was stealing says it all right there
But prisons are so comfortable, actually better than 5-star hotels. Prisoners get 3 free meals a day, free dental, medical, TV, Gym and some prison Guards, some female attorneys also sleep with them. Hey, what else is needed, some prisoners are forced out because what they have in prison they can't have outside prison.
That is some good writing right there. The orange drink he grabbed before he broke out mirrors the one relapse he had before never being seen again lmao
The audacity of how he kicks the door everytime he steals🤦🏽 The store owner needs to wake up and reliaze that the thief don't care about the old man's kindness. In fact, he may be taking it for a weakness. He'll continue to steal from him if he doesn't legally put an end to that mess!
If he would of went to prison it would of been "racial profiling" the media always spins things out of proportion and the left would have there chin to the floor to see that happen in this

The store owner is soft hearted, but unfortunately is also soft headed. This criminal will victimize others until the day he's locked up and held accountable.
If they charged the guy his mates would be back that day for the money in the till. better to lose a 30 bucks worth of merch than even one or two transactions worth of fuel and tobacco products. Its called picking your battles.
@@SineN0mine3 You may tolerate it once or twice. But by the third time, ti's just disrespectful and the police should've been called a long time ago. That's not picking your battles. That's waving the white flag.

"Wish my employees could do as good a job as he does"
This manager is pretty smug about how great him and the theif are
The store owner is so soft that I'm surprised his "solution" didn't involve setting up a GoFundMe for the thief. Ridiculous story. Serial thieves deserve no mercy.
Imagine being the employee hearing that “he did a better job than my employees”
Sounds to me like his employees were probably doing the same thing.
hey, truth is only one
@Zach Excellent point! I probably would have left and told the owner to go hire the other guy. He will have access to the stores money, but what could possibly go wrong?
@@berenjervin You know he must of been on a good one while cleaning that store 😅
Yeah! That's a kick in the teeth.
The store owner has a big heart but this dude belongs in jail, he is violent and unpredictable, capable of breaking property. You saw he was able to do work, so he has no excuse for stealing your stuff.
it was most likely in fear of his life, after the store owner's friend threatened the guy. his "sincere" apology was definitely a lie.
letting someone terrorize you and your store and your employees doesnt mean he has big heart, it means he has been drinking the woke poison, and he is spineless.
@@mayorebfarnum8114 yeah or fears for his life because this man has 26 cousins that are gonna break his skull if he acts? If we're going to judge the store owner then let's try the full spectrum of things, right.

That men is an angel we need more people like him that cares more for thr human being than the material stuff on a rich country like usa
Good man!! Very sincere!! You made a difference in that young man's life! Wish we had more like you.
Guy above me has the big dumb ^^^
@@johnnyr8603 Yes I agree, by locked them in jail they are only going to become hardened criminals and learn more devious ways, prison is archaic

The owner, Alloy, is a stupid coward. @5:02, the even insults his own employees by saying that he wished that his employees did as good a job as the thief. Shook the thief's hand, accepted his "apology", got robbed again. Whatta moron.

It's absolute madness to allow this man to steal so many times. He has no redeemable reason to terrorize this store. He belongs away from society
As long as they let him, he will ...
