Needs a 7 to hit rolls a back to back 6 gets the hit and rolls a 3 when needing a 4 to kill. All that and only a pin marker, thought crap like that only happen to me. Welcome to the club buddy lol. Another great video guys ty for sharing.
I’ve really enjoyed these battle reports. It’s not a game I’m likely to get a chance to play so I appreciate seeing it run with clarity, nicely painted models, a lovely table, and general good humour. Thanks very much.
Huge thank you, we like to share our battles, figures and terrain to showcase the game, but also to share the great games we are fortunate enough to be able to enjoy. Between our group we have a fair collection and it is nice to be able to share this with others. Thank you for your positive comments, it is very much appreciated 👍🏻
Glad you liked it, was a very tense, but fun game. spoiler alert… Sorry about the head shot, needs must and all, now you won’t get your upgrade! Thanks as always
@@theministryofminiatures I would have taken the shot too! Collector of Patreon scalps in that game weren't you lol. I was more surprised how Rick's tank didn't get destroyed to be perfectly honest...some bad rolls from you for once... A surprise to be sure, but on this occasion a welcomed one!
Thank you, glad you liked it. We had a great laugh playing it… although I had to edit a fair bit of banter out otherwise the video would have been 3 hours long! Thanks for positive feedback!
The Brummbar's that was used in Italy was from the 216th Abteilung (battalion) that was the first unit to have and use them at Kursk, they was finally driven back to Orel and so remained there until early 1944 when they transfered to Italy. Once there they drove through Rome on their way to the Anzio pocket. So if you ever wonder who's Brummbars are shown on the film of them driving by the Colosseum that is the unit.
@@theministryofminiatures I got one myself but I always take Schurzen skirts for the reason that happen to you against Bazooka's and PIAT's side shots that way they have to roll a 10 or above to do anything against them instead of the 9. My top 3 German vehicles for me is Jagdpanther, SD Kfz 251/21 Drilling and then my Brummbar. Been paying around with the SD Kfz 234/4 armored car over the Puma and it really is a nice counter to the M-18 Hellcat with recce as you can pretty much do what it can do with the whole keep it last to shoot that way on the next turn you can recce if anyone tries a shot at it.
@@ChrisS-fh7ztthought you might have one 👍🏻, Rick had been desperate to take it, but did say he didn’t like the look of the skirts so he left them off! Thanks for watching
Thank you! It was an intense but fun battle. For the flamethrower I used a press mold / blue mold on a metal model for the back and the used a light mortar for the hand and connected them with a small piece of wire
@@MrKaio2418yes, that’s kinda what I like about it, the randomness of the dice out of the bag, the risk of not going first, the fluff of an important dice roll… the game can be fun, as long as everyone knows it’s just a game! Thanks for your feedback 👍🏻

Lol, being at the mercy of the dice gods is part and parcel of the game!
Got to love it!

Cool fact! Thanks for sharing. It is a big tank and a heavy hit… when it hits, quite a formidable force to go against.

Would say that every bolt action battle is a funny one
