RUSTIC BREAD - this is a no knead bread --SUPER SUPER SIMPLE
    1 1/2C warm water 4 1/4C flour
2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp yeast
Mix all ingredients together - but don't over mix. Cover, Let sit for 12-18 hours.
On lightly floured parchment paper, fold dough into itself to form a nice circle. Place back in the bowl with the parchment underneath. Cover for another 30 minutes.
Meanwhile preheat oven to 400 and put your Dutch oven with the lid on it in the oven to heat up. If you don't have a Dutch oven just use a casserole dish. I've used these and they work just as well. After the 30 minutes rising time, put the dough in the parchment paper in the Dutch oven with the lid for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes remove lid and continue to cook for another 15 minute to crust up the top of the bread. Let cool completely. MMMMMM
    STUFFED PEPPERS:
fried ground hamburger 1/2C uncooked rice 1/2 onion
    tomato sauce salt & Pepper
Fully cook your rice. Fry the hamburger. Cut the tops of each pepper off and place them in boiling water for 2 minutes. Then soak them in cold water to stop them from continuing to cook. Place them in a casserole dish.
Place the hamburger, rice, onions and some tomato sauce in a large bowl. Then add all the spices you enjoy and mix well. Here are some of my favorites to add to the recipe. Cayenne Pepper, tabasco, garlic, onion powder, cumin. Mix well, and start stuffing your peppers. top with more tomato sauce. Put on lid then bake 350 for 25-30 minutes.
VEGETABLE MEDLEY - Cut and wash, green beans, cauliflower, broccoli, and carrots into bite size pieces. Boil water. Once at a rolling boil, add all vegetable and cook for 2 minutes. Once done, drain in colander and run cold water over them till they are cool to the touch. Let drain completely. Then you can place them in an air tight container. Will only last 2 or 3 days in fridge. When ready to eat, pour into a bowl then add Italian dressing. Enjoy.
