Instant pot fajitas are so easy to make!: -Put 1/2 Sliced onion and 1 sliced bell pepper on bottom of pot -Add 2 chicken breasts -Then cover with the rest of the sliced onion and another bell pepper -Cover with salsa and minced garlic and juice of 1 lime -Cook on high for 6 hours or low for 8 and then shred the chicken. Add back to pot and enjoy
Loved the verse at the end :) also things I did that helped my sore throat is - honey with lemon, heated up milk with butter and honey, spreading a vodka mixture (could just use vodka) on the throat and chest area for 2 hrs after applying any oil on the chest first as a base, because if you don't it WILL burn (happened to me) *the heated up milk and vodka remedy really help with sleeping at night* tea made up of ginger + honey + hot water, gurgling 1 tsp baking soda + salt (even proportions) in 1 cup water, and plenty of rest + staying relaxed during busy events :)

It doesn't matter too much about substituting the sugars, brown sugar just gives it a more caramel, sweeter flavour and white sugar is more subtle, and if you don't have regular flour you could have blitzed oats to a flour and used that if you have oats and a machine to do it, I just do it in my vitamix :)

Use olive oil twice a week for 30 minutes on your scalp and hair may help :)
