Nobody is "irreplaceable." This speech is filled with a lot of opinions. Don't put yourself in a box people, celebrate all your passions and strengths, building upon and mastering what you choose to. There are also amazing people out there who will help you discover your value. Be open to opportunity, and never stop learning.
Buy an early 90’s Defender 90 300TDI…. However pop in a 2.8 Cummins Engine ;) plenty to learn with that upgrade. That’s what im doing with mine. Challenges at every corner. Bring lots of money and a bottle of aspirin haha
I think she means that if you're getting paid what you're worth you're not actually adding any real value...so you're basically doing the bare minimum to get by...
She seems to ironically be devaluing people in her speech. There are also amazing people out there who will help you see your value, even if you don't see your own value. She is speaking from a warped perspective it seems.

I never thought about it that way, I always valued myself on my output rather then myself by looking within thank you.
Unbelievable video Sally. Confidence comes when you know how you add value to others.

„They over-deliver in ONE particular area“ - Elon Musk is laughing 😁
Wow. This is awesome. From someone who has put skin in the game. And won the game.
Give us an example, it is a little vague and unclear to me.
Lots of questionable opinions in her speech.
Makes no sense to say, "If you're getting paid what your worth you are just showing up".
