It usually takes me about an hour to decorate a cake like this, but that's including my filming! So it would be less if I wasn't stopping to adjust the camera.

This is all Italian Meringue Buttercream, but this technique would work well with most types of buttercream!

You can use whatever colors you have, but typically you can't get bright or dark colored buttercream with liquid colors.

Yes absolutely! Swiss meringue buttercream is great to paint with. :)

No I would not use whipping cream.

Unfortunately I don't know, the handle is pretty worn and I can't see a name anymore. I believe I bought it from a Michael's craft store, and I know it was not one of the expensive ones!
