surge is easily my favorite brawler. he is so fun to play and i love his leveling up mechanic. i also love his super in particular, the sound effect when he jumps up, how he spins as he levels up, and how u see his appearance change in real time, then he lands and it’s awesome.

Not only did you show some great strategies and gameplay, you also explained exactly what you were doing and why you were doing it, making it really easy to understand and learn. Excellent video, and a 10/10 guide for surge!
Surge is really good at high stage. His super can jump through walls, you can use Surge’s super to pass through walls and fight against throwers like dyna, Grom and sprout. Power Shield give him 80% shield, once he got damaged, he reloads all ammos. That’s about it. Nice vid, cryingman!
as someone who uses surge alot, i think this guide covers pretty much everything you need to know. Not only is surge fun, but he's alot easier to master than say.. mortis, and he's also good. The fundamentals for me are: use power shield to charge ammo and tank hits while low, 2. use super in such a way that you can get kills and also avoid supers such as buzz's super.

What you think surge is: High skill cap long range brawler
Reality: *jumps out from the other side of a wall and pushes the red button three times*
Surge has been one of my few favorite brawlers before and even after the rework, Although I do miss the old teleport gadget but surge is still pretty good
The teleport was well worth that super change
If gray existed back then he’s teleport could have been counter
But gray super only works on teammates
I use Power Shield 100% of the time. By far the most OP gadget in the entire games. You can pop 6 shots off in seconds if used perfectly. Surge is my favourite brawler and my only R30 at the moment
I pulled off a 1v3 with surge at 600 trophies with this guide and it is still the proudest moment of my life :)
i pulled of a team in solo at 950+ by surge,but I learned this guide from my own experience

Surge’s old gadget felt amazing in showdown and could’ve been amazing in duels
Its mostly just figuring out which lane to start in, charging a super, using it wisely, spamming auto aim and then gadgeting
I would like to see a Colette guide, I think she is a bit hard to play, also I want to see what brawlers can counter apart from tanks, thanks for doing these guides, it helps a lot

It's worth mentioning that surge is also really good in hunters, I pushed a level 10 surge from 575 trophies to 1050 just in hunters.

Two brawlers that players don't really know how to use
I have 40 brawlers unlocked and surge is literally the only brawler I want. He is always wrecking me in solo and all I can do is wish I was him.
His rarity is epic so I hope I will unlock him sooner
Making them waste ammo doesn’t work as well if they either recharge fast or unload fast, as you’ll get hit after the super anyway or they won’t suffer for having missed a shot
Today I upgraded surge to lv 10 was I was having very problem in pushing him and after closing my game I see it. Thanks a lot it really helped me cuz as a f2p player i used my all of old in upgrading. Thanks again. Love u😘😘😘

I didn’t know you can aim his super so woops- kinda why I came here looking for a surge guide. I really appreciate the video because surge is tough to beat no matter who I pick I honestly. I feel his super has a ton of uses compared to others making him a nightmare with a skilled player.

Honestly, they need to nerf surge a bit.
Best way is to remove knockback from his super or leave knockback but remove damage instead because the amount of dps is surreal especially with power shield gadget. Just imagine 3 quick attacks on frank and then you use power shield boom 💥 3 more pieces of ammo + you can recharge 2 supers...
surge is kind of like stu in a way, where you can do epic dodges and trickshots using his super, but with a high skill cap.

actually I think 'Good matchup' there should add Edgar , once you are just one shot away from super , Edgar definitely won't match-up with Surge as Surge can jump many times on him

I also use super to dodge ammo and also like when buzz use super you can dodge with super if you are not fast and the super hit u but you use it he will be close but you will knock him back thx so much crying man:)

I rarely even use the super for upgrade or to dodge their ammo, i save it AFTER I GET SPEED STAGE, so i can jump away slightly behind walls or to agro somebody while im on medium health. Not to get range or that split shot
great guide btw u basically hit everything. the highest level of play usually can’t be explained and it just takes practice. as a surge 1 trick this is valid
