Lustful thoughts are the culprit of wet dreams, and those who claim they don't effect your streak are either lying or are completely ignorant. I really enjoy your channel. This is a crucial great topic. I will have to disagree on semen being released with urine after having sexual thoughts. Urine can be cloudy for different reasons like too much protein. From a medical point of view, semen can't be released with urine and vice versa. The penis has to be aroused to relaese Semen. However, I do completely believe and know pure thoughts are a must for this journey of semen retention/celibacy. Lol, you can actually scare some men with that notion that having impure thoughts makes you release semen with urine. Hello these are great questions! Might I suggest you ask yourself how best to approach this. The mind is good at coming up with the best answer when you pose the question and give it some days/weeks to search for the best course of action. I think everyone will have different approaches to this👍😊
What helps me is not trying to suppress the thoughts, but to think about something else, something positive and wholesome. Furthermore, impure thoughts mostly arise because we pay attention to things that makes such thoughts arise. For example, looking at women in the street. If we are really careful with our attention, such thoughts seldom arise. Maybe this helps. Good luck!
