No they're not, anger management and maturity has nothing to do with not ejaculating, yall just coping thinking you're doing something with your lives.

I'm currently on six months. I use my past relapses as a tool. Knowing that I don't "need" the artificial stimulation and lust. That's what is most useful for me - knowing that I don't "need" lust. Not making it about guilt, but making it about growth and self-discipline.

@@prajwalinfomat5897 Hey. I'm sure it's probably totally different for each individual. There are so many variables that effect each individuals situation.
However, there are some changes of perspective that I've attained that I could share.
What has stuck out the most to me is that I feel as though I see women in a totally different light. It's as if I could see the mask and the fakeness of some women so much more prominently then I used to. This is to the point where I feel almost disgusted by fake and shallow women. They may have a lot of makeup on and look somewhat attractive, but I feel like I see through that so much more now --> directly into their personality. On the other hand, when I come across a genuine and good-hearted and real women, the beauty is more amplified for me then in the past.
I'm just taking it one day as a time as a journey. I still deal with occasional feelings of lust, but I feel much more in control and grounded. I also respect and value my time more and am seeking out quality relationships and interactions over quantity even more now as well.

Today is Day 129. these last few days I have been speaking with old female friends who are trying to leave their men and have been texting me consistently. I do not know if it what it is I am saying or the fact that I mentioned that I am on this journey or maybe both. some have been shocked at the level of discipline and said they could not go a day without sex. I told them that is what sets the men apart from the women. My thoughts have been racing lately and it seems that even social media is aware of what I am up to forcing me to unfollow a handful of pages that suddenly want to post half naked girls doing suggestive movements. I recently started fasting to 14-16 hour days and notice my thoughts are magnified during this time so there is some truth to your thoughts creating the world around you. I notice a connection to the Sun and the earth with both their magnetic pull on my body, every morning I walk out barefoot on the grass waiting for the sun to rise and take in the first rays of light. My thoughts are of what I will want to accomplish that day along with what I am grateful for, while taking deep breaths and being aware of my feet connecting with the grass. Through out the day I go outside to soak in the sun taking a break from being on the computer for work. Technology seems to disconnect you from the universe so remember to be outside in nature. This life force is like a wave that pushes you in a direction of your choosing or be swept away into the chaos of the universe so have a plan to channel the energy through exercise, creative writing or some purpose in your life. Find your purpose and if you are terrible at it keep working on it until you are at the level you imagine yourself being in. Be good to those around your even if they disrupt your peace and know that they are not here on this earth for long. Show compassion even though you may be capable of violence. You have nothing to prove to anyone, except yourself. Build yourself, make yourself and speak positive to yourself. You deserve it.

Here's what's happening to me right now. By the way, I'm already at 150+ retained. At the gym, there's a woman there who's a celebrity but not yet famous. When she's there, I feel like almost all the men become soft and nervous around her. I needed the machine she was using, so I approached her to ask if she was done. I'm less patient and don't want to wait too long, so I needed to approach her. I didn't feel nervous or anything, I just needed to keep up the intensity of my workout. I don't care how she reacts or if she feels pissed off at me I'll still ask her if she's done with the machine if I need to use it. I don't care what she or the people around me think. Sometimes I wonder why this happens to me whether I want to get the woman's attention but I know for myself that I just want to maintain the intensity of my workout.
My question is, am I controlling the assertiveness correctly, or is the aggression controlling me?

I'm struggling. My urges are so strong sometimes. I work out sometimes up to 10 times on any given day from HIIT to strength training, jump rope, swimming, basketball, calisthenics, jogging, stretching, cycling, and a warm up 10 min routine and I still have energy left over 90% of the time. My masturbation habits have definitely subsided but I want to know what life would be like going 90 days. I have been actively trying for at least the last 3.5 years and I can't break 40 days which was like 5 yrs ago before I became very inquisitive about the world around me. It's like once I become more aware of the endless potential I have I start nosediving in many different things which causes procrastination ironically. It's now a struggle to make it past a week. The only method of self improvement I do regularly is exercise. I look good aesthetically for sure. To give an idea I do turn heads walking down the street especially in the spring and summer but when I interact with people it is awkward sometimes (although I've gotten significantly better) . Idk something is off if I can't go a week. Like I said i have improved in managing the habit but the urge to watch beautiful women intimately and passionately having sex is a big turn on. I'm a booty addict and that's what my lustful ways draw me to. I'm a pretty intelligent man but like most men my foolish habits are certainly inhibiting my fullest potential . Any feedback I can get from this community will be truly appreciated. Post nut clarity has just kicked in...

Hello! I think there will come a time when you can do it! I wasn’t doing it seriously for the first three years! It took time to build up to it.
At the end of the day you have to decide whether you’ll be controlled by your mind or by impulse. Very hard emotion to overcome indeed. Wishing you well😊👍

Celibacy combined with physical exercise, breathing, meditation and contemplation spirals the fire of energy into all directions. One feels at one with life force to which the individual ego is gone hence only world soul exists in that being. Being this one is tool for the divine to do what must be done, merely by being.
Very powerful to have taken a path and path for greater good.

Awesome! Anyone retain and do keto and IF? I find it amplifies the energy and makes it even harder to control. It also seems to take less time to see the benefits on a retention cycle.

    My aggression is always ready.
Wether to use my aggression, is another story.
Aggression is like a weapon -- you don't have to use it, and it requires responsbility.
Women can see that you have a weapon ready at all times.
And they know they're safe with you.
Just make sure not to let them close to your weapon -- because they carry no responsbility.

Brother, you might be the only spiritual mentor who might have fully gotten through to me. I have continually killed myself over and over by giving into meaningless sex and succubus's. I have so much potential in me to help humanity and earths vibration but I have been wasting it. Starting now I am never going back. I will watch your videos everyday if I have to. The more I try to maintain the more women around me just flock and it has become tremendously difficult. New levels, new devils. I am now starting to tell girls I only want platonic intamacy and I am starting to think that might be one of the solutions.
