    Hello Chetna,
    I want to thank you for this video which surely have cleared most of my doubts in starting the food business. Currently I am based out in Toronto and want to open a kitchen( for take outs and online delivery only) for my brother in India.
    It will be really helpful if you can share a roadmap in seeking licenses and approvals from food regulatory authority ( such as FSSAI or any other which we should know) with initial ballpark investment.

    Very informative ....in packaging ,many places plastic is banned ND it's not good too! ..can you please discuss on the packages which is not plastic , not aluminium coated, biodegradable, recycleable and affordable ,at the same time ensures our product will be protected in an air tight condition...
