Is the pvc foam sheets suitable for an interior door? I'm working on a diy vertically recessed pocket door that will be pneumaticaly operated so I'm looking for something lighter than standard pvc but still somewhat durable.

Otherwise, the sheets are definitely suitable for use in the kitchen because of their moisture resistance and chemical resistance.
