I'm waiiting for someone to do a mic quality test on these things lol. I understand the mic doesnt work on Quest ask the quest uses only the built-in mics... though but im curious to know with computer usb (zoom/teams/etc) and/or mobile phone (bluetooth)
Do these have any static / background noise? Just bought a pair of Sony Inzone buds, and they have constant background white noise. The noise isn't super loud, but enough to get annoying and be a dealbreaker.
I tried the Soundcore VR P10 which are similar to these and they were not nearly loud enough for what I needed. Have you tried both? If so how do they compare?
Unfortunately no. :/ Definitely something that could be improved in a future model. Personally though I have converted almost all of my devices to a magnetic cable solution. ua-cam.com/video/_5rzDgqiVwI/v-deo.htmlfeature=shared
I stumbled Across this on amazon while looking for soundcore vr p10 earbuds to use with my Legion Go I am getting on the next week or two. I hope it is good. Brand new p10s arent on sale or are out of stock everywhere I look.
you might wanna reconsider the P10's. I returned mine because the passthrough charging through the dongle didn't actually charge, but just slowed down the batter discharge rate. it acted this way with my steam deck OLED and Quest 3... I got these prisms and they do passthrough charge correctly.
@@MrTasselhof u r amazing. Honestly, I'll take the risk. I have a couple of wired headsets such as the logitech vr and asmr vr headsets. They don't allow for 3-D spatial audio. I bought the soundcore ones hoping that it would correct that. It did but the mic is so low it's not even worth keeping it. I returned it. I'm gonna test out these prism XR headset
They have a nice app that you can tweak settings on. They also have a discord with very responsive devs you can ask questions to. discord.com/invite/svkHBxnn
I didn't... But what I would suggest are some bone conduction or open ear headphones that you can play music with your phone and then use the headset audio or earbuds for the gaming at the same time.
@@MrTasselhof i just ordered the Vegas for now since they are 47$ IN AMAZON gotta look for more info but at least they look good for use with PC and ps5
I asked on the discord. Yes, the Vega T1 can be used with the PS5. On the PS5, we tried using the earbuds' built-in microphone to chat with others via Discord and it worked. But we did not try the Game Base way.

I haven't noticed anything myself
@@MrTasselhof Good to hear! I’ll try my luck with them then :)
I just bought them on Amazon and can't wait for the delivery which will take some time because I'm in EU.
Nice!
Does pass through charging work with your quest with these Vega T1?
Charging yes, data no.
I tried the Soundcore VR P10 which are similar to these and they were not nearly loud enough for what I needed. Have you tried both? If so how do they compare?
I haven't tried the P10.. so I can't compare, but you could check in with @JayBrattVR or @Assassin32VR
I just bought some today. Does the case have wirless charging?
Unfortunately no. :/

@@califpv I got the Prismxr vega T1 earbuds and I am loving them.
How does the mic sound though when you're doing social stuff? the soundcore p10 was super disappointing
Personally I didn't do a whole lot with that, but the few rounds I did were fine... I will see if I can perhaps record a short video test

I need to find a set of earbuds that play music from the phone while having gaming audio did you ever find out if this works like that?

For bone conduction (i have 4 different off brand)... This is my preferred.

I haven't, but certainly feel they will do the job well
Do they work on PS5? And can I use the built in mic for gaming chat?
I expect they would... But can test tomorrow. They also have a discord with very responsive devs

Yes plug it in the front of the PS5 tho, not the controller.
The app doesn't work on my iPhone 14 Pro Max. It's useless.
