Actually, Knez Mihajlova is usually much more crowded, but corona has done its thing. Belgrade in general has a very lively street life.

Every time there's a few cold days followed by a sunny day - Knez Mihajlova gets packed... But now that there are almost no tourists, I agree it's a bit less packed than before.

I hope you enjoyed my contry, thank you for visited us, and next time you can visit central Serbia a little bit south from Belgrade, there's a lot of monuments and fortresess centuries old if you like history and culture, and untouched wild nature, traditional, home made autentic and tasty Serbian food, beautiful mountain sites, nice and welcoming people, and lot of wonderful places and things to see. Best wishes from Serbia.

@@PlanetPursuit I know, I watch your videos quite a lot, and you have to visit and see Resava cave, Monestery of Manasia, that is in the same time monestery and fortress, Ravanica, all of that is about 120km south east of Belgrade and I think it's really nice to see.

That would be official data...However , there is over 2,2 million people in the city , counting unregistered people ,which work and live in the Belgrade and have adress somewhere else in Serbia. In current situation (when many jobs ceised to exist) , population is closer to above said number and in prior years , traffic and crowd on the streets during the holydays (vacation) season would be , more or less , like it is now .

@@mansbjork5721 There are few ways. These are not my numbers , but something I've read a few years ago. In that article (sorry , I can't recall the source) there was something about difference between official records (list for woting + registered children) , unregistered work force (mostly construction and services), something about public transport , estimated number of expats , and some more statistics and conclusions , based on those records. Personally , I know a few people which are registered somewhere else and there is a lot construction arround my neighborhood - almost all the workers are not from Belgrade. Just a simple observation while living in Belgrade and it is easy to notice...

Belgrade Fortress includes the old citadel and Kalemegdan Park. So while it's true that the fortress includes the park, the park is next to the citadel and is not a part of it. At least according to the material available in English.

You should really do a separate video about ice cream in Serbia which I find to be just as good as in Italy. Especially if you can find one of the old school ice cream parlors run by an Albanian.

That is kinda still taboo topic since Serbians are pretty religious nation, but most of people are in general neutral in that matter, although some nationalists and football hooligans are known for physical assaults on lgbt people (but again radical nationalist parties usually receive less than 3% of votes on elections so that is not what people support).
