If eating vegetables or beans gives you gas, it's because you do not have enough healthy flora in your digestive tract to begin with and thus need to eat more veggies to get your digestive system back to spec. Beans have a combo of soluble and insoluble fiber, which are meant to work together to absorb gas in your intestines'... Most people are perpetually unhealthy.
Coming from a person who eats a primarily plant based diet, I have found that if you regularly consume the amount of vegetables that you should (because your body needs them) your body grows accustomed to all that fiber and you don’t get the bloat and gas. I also feel like people who say that they don’t like any vegetables probably haven’t had them prepared in a way besides being boiled or steamed, and likely not seasoned well either lol.
I'm a vegetarian primarily too and I don't understand why these people complain bout bloating. Vegetables literally make me feel the opposite. I find meat more bloating than veggies. I'm not against eating meat but this is puke level amounts of meat
Issue is most people don’t know how to cook lmao cooking an onion with ur food makes such a big difference!!! Also raw greens don’t absorb properly and bloat . When u cook greens it makes for better absorption
Anecdotally, this isn't true for everyone. My mom eats mainly vegetables but she still gets really bloated if she eats legumes or certain leafy vegetables. This probably depends mainly on your gut bacteria
yeah I think people don't understand that changing your diet gradually is a thing. If you google it or ask a dietician or something, they'll tell you to gradually increase the presence of things like fiber in your diet so you have less of a chance of running into things like bloat or discomfort.
2:39 Creme Brulee is literally Eggs, cream, vanilla, and sugar. The Vanilla is an evil vegetable but if you dont add the sugar it's an unflavored custard... not Creme Brulee. Creme Brulee is a Vanilla egg custard with a carmelized sugar topping. You cant take out 2 of the 4 ingredients out and expect it to be good.
I love with the pork rind cereal she went from very non committed “it’s fine, it’s okay” to ending with, “they’re incredible!!” while making this face😐
@@FranklySpeaking. yes, why not just eat the pork rinds without the milk? It's definitely less gross and I also think that she wouldn't have made such a face while eating this, maybe she would even have enjoyed it. Although I must say that I personally find cereal or anything soaked in milk really gross, maybe others do not
I'm not a vegan, but seeing people making fun of vegan foods for tasting bad/bland, and then these people who do not season their foods beyond salt and pepper because spices and herbs came from nasty nasty plants (except peppers and coffee, duh) is just hilarious. This is like those 'white people don't season their food' but worse.
Ikr it actually makes my stomach churn watching videos like this 😭 Also whenever someone says vegan food is bland I’m always like…have y’all never tried Indian food? Thai food also. It’s not about the ingredients but how you cook them and season them. Like yeah if you’re boiling all your veg and having unseasoned mashed potatoes or something then ofc it’s gonna be gross
Also many Peoples taste buds are already too used to too much salt anyway, so no wonder vegan food tastes bland to them. I partly lived vegan for almost a year and I cried on day one because it tasted bland, but seriously, I got so used to it that it didn't bother me that much. And I also learned to appreciate cheese way more after this. Still I realized, that I dont even need as much cheese in my diet like before.
I love how these carnivores don’t want to eat any plants yet use coffee, which comes from beans or some sort of plant. Edit: Guys, I get it, when I made this comment I forgot coffee came from beans exactly.
when you ask them about it, they get really defensive but never have an answer as to why they still drink it lmao. but then they have a reason as to why they don't use seasonings since they're plants?? it's fascinating
reminds me of a comment on one of these past videos where a guy was defending them because (he claimed) he used to eat just like them and felt fine. His past supposedly-carnivorous diet had consisted of meat and a 6-pack of beer each day. Beer, of course, is made of plants.
I went carnivore for health reasons and quitting coffee was necessary to get the results I needed. Some people just can't give it up, I guess it is up to the individual, but any plants, including coffee (and especially coffee) destroyed what I was going for.
Her constant use of milk and heavy cream is weird considering how anti sugar she is (for example choosing pork rinds over rice crispier for “less sugar”) When lactose is a sugar. And can even be considered an added sugar especially the way she uses it.
@@Barakon Lactose free milk still has the same sugars that make lactose in milk they’re just already broken down so the body doesn’t have to do it. But I think she just genuinely doesn’t have any knowledge or logic to what she eats or drinks.

The back-and-forth tiktok video about vegetables sounded like it was a powerpoint made by a five-year-old to explain to their parents after being asked to eat their broccoli at dinner time.
"Vegetables taste like dirt." Oh, so you and your parents can't cook. My room-mate told me she hates carrots, asparagus, cabbage, and about six other vegetables. My rule is "if you aren't allergic, try one bite of what I cooked." The only vegetable she still won't eat is peas, she even likes a couple I don't. Her family boiled literally every vegetable they cooked and that's possibly the worst way to make them tasty.
Jfc what, boiling *every* vegetables?! Yea, I would hate vegetables too if all I'm exposed to is sad boiled plant parts lol. (parboil is fine though, but it's just 1 step)
@@JustToSaveYou I can relate to your room mate. My mom didn’t boil everything. She would buy frozen vegetables and microwave them 🤢. I was 21 before I had Brussels sprouts that weren’t mushy.
2:12 This recipe triggered me so much as a French person, it's missing half the ingredients! Where's the sugar? Where's the vanilla that give taste to the dessert? Where's the caramelized sugar shell on top of the cream? She's straight up burning eggs and cream, that shit's about to be nasty.
@JettBFDI_lover_ii_four_mephoneYou sprinkle sugar on top of the custard, and use a torch to caramelize it! It makes this sugar shell on top that you can break to get to the custard.
honestly because wouldn't creme brûlée be already considered "carnivore friendly"??? also that looked unappetizing and underbaked from what I could see
Well, you see, rice is plant, as opposed to avocados which are actually the kidneys of a rare lizard-like animal (the "pits" are actually kidney stones).
In my thirties, I developed food allergies to literally every plant I could get my hands on to try. I had to eat like this (only animal products) to avoid itchy skin rashes or worse reactions. It was just awful. Those cream cheese and egg "buns" are the worst! 😂Thankfully I found that with a daily antihistamine I can eat most plants without issue.
@@ravenID429 I already had allergies to every plant they tested me for, I just didn't have a reaction to eating them until then. I also developed a shellfish allergy, and that one was out of nowhere. Allergies are weird. Your body just decides that a totally safe thing is not okay and it might kill you if you eat it. 😂
I just developed an allergy to peanuts, and I think I might be developing a wheat allergy. My family is prone to spontaneously developing allergies, joy -_-
The reason why the creme brulee taste so eggy (apart from the lack of sugar) is because she also over cooked the eggs with the hot cream and then in the oven, effectively scrambling the protein inside. So she didn't even make a quiche, she just made REALLY liquidy (blowtorched) scrambled egg.
I eat filet mignon every night. My trick is to replace the meat with Kraft "Mac and Cheese." Except to make it healthier I don't use the cheese mix, butter or milk. Best filet mignon you'll ever have.
Ive followed her for a while on TT because i was so shook with her diet and her complete denial. But the thing is she is getting quite literally unbearable. Shes always talking down to those that eat a nomral diet, gaslights people into thinking that if you eat plants youre gonna suffer, promotes this dangerous diet and ofc my fave - quoting carnivore "doctors"as a reliable source. She is in the clear because sbe isnt a sheep and follows the "money trail" whatever tf that means but we are the ones that will have severe health problems because of a broccoli.
Saturated fats ARE NOT bad for us. I did a research project recently for a college course and I investigated the history of saturated fat health advice. It’s ridiculous and completely corrupt. I've been doing keto regularly through the years. In my first few tries I was too lazy to cook vegetables most of the time and basically only ate meat, eggs and cheese. Now that I eat vegetables in every meal while doing keto I feel so much better. Without them I tend to feel weak and my mind just feels weird, like you're on some light, unpleasent drug.
That's because vegetables are a carbohydrate and carbs are the most efficient energy source for the human body. Fat can be converted to energy but it isn't as efficient, which can contribute to not feeling as bright. You aren't doing keto if you're eating vegetables, but that's okay because you obviously feel healthier when you're eating them so you should keep doing that.
Also didn't cook them right I guess. I mean, some vegetables just taste like absolute ass until you give them specific treatment lol, like cauliflower for my case. Like he said in the video literally no one cares about what you eat. But there are certain factors that make your diet no longer about health. By contrast, it's several million nanograms of phyto-estrogens per 3oz of soy, in addition to thousands of other toxic plant chemicals that you don't see in beef.

This is literally a strict keto diet, lots of proteins and brown fats which our bodies use to burn fat. It's condensed carbs and sugars that need to be built up to contribute to weight gain. That's not to say the heart still isn't clogged however.
When I was a kid in the 1980s in the USA, most people were a healthy weight. They ate a normal diet. Today, people seem to jump to these extremes to have to be "healthy." But in the 1980's we were told don't eat too much meat because too much saturated fat is no good. Looking at some models/movie stars diets back then, they did seem to cut carbs to stay extra lean to look better in front of the camera (cuz back then they'd say the camera adds another 5 pounds or so). ... Today food seems more addictive and more chemically and there are more weird diseases and then people are supposed to get more extreme and shut out food groups and it just seems like a terrible backfiring mess to come. ... I guess were in a midst of a reset.
Nobody was fat because the food pyramid hadn’t come out yet. When our modern “health recommendations” were released in the 1980s, obesity emerged and never stopped rising. You were told saturated fats were bad for you because the AHA was bribed into saying that. You don’t gain weight consuming fat, you gain weight consuming sugar. If your diet is high in fat but low in sugar, you’re not going to be gaining much weight.
@@MeemahSN When it comes solely to weight loss vs weight gain, the only thing that matters is calories in, calories out. Eat less than your body needs, you lose weight. Eat more, you gain. 3500 calories of steak or 3500 calories of cheetos or 3500 of spinach will hit your waistline the exact same. Now if you want to argue about metalbolic health, nutrition, and digestion, sure, the cheetos are much much worse, but weight is a math equation, no more and no less.

Coming from a person who eats a primarily plant based diet, I have found that if you regularly consume the amount of vegetables that you should (because your body needs them) your body grows accustomed to all that fiber and you don’t get the bloat and gas.

It's really hard to be fat on a fat-and-protein heavy diet. You need a LOT of protein, primarily.
This is literally a strict keto diet, lots of proteins and brown fats which our bodies use to burn fat. It's condensed carbs and sugars that need to be built up to contribute to weight gain.
That's not to say the heart still isn't clogged however.
Wait.
I did a research project recently for a college course and I investigated the history of saturated fat health advice. It’s ridiculous and completely corrupt.
The AHA literally received an equivalent of $20 million today from the makers of Crisco before telling everyone saturated fat is bad in the 1960s. The original Seven Countries Study was incredibly flawed and yet the AHA accepted it regardless. Lots of research that proved saturated fats weren’t bad for us were heavily suppressed, like the Minnesota Coronary Stidy that somehow “didn’t get published for 16 years.”
Corporations have controlled America’s health information since the 1960s. What we are told is completely incorrect. The obesity epidemic emerged in the 1980s almost exactly when the first food pyramid was released. Health does not make money. We have been shown time and time again that people in power will sacrifice anything, even human lives, for power and money. I mean America is literally funding a genocide right now and you guys refuse to believe that maybe our healthcare system is corrupt? That what we are told is a lie to keep us sick and purchasing medication?
I firmly believe a carnivore diet is the best for the human body. Grains, carbs, vegetables, seeds, and yes, seed oils, they are all terrible for us. Maybe back in the day when farming first emerged, it was a good diet. But you CANNOT compare what they were eating to what we are eating today. Our plants are so genetically modified they don’t even resemble their original wild counterparts. Some zoos have stopped feeding their animals fruits because of the sheer amount of sugar in them. And worst of all, everything is drenched in pesticides.
Seed oils did mot even EXIST before 1900, how are we supposed to believe something that doesn’t even exist in nature is the best form of fat?? We used to eat 99% lard, tallow, and butter and yet heart disease wasn’t even a thing. It peaked in the 1960s. Do you really think our ancestors were constantly from heart disease and cancer because they ate meat??
A carnivore diet has completely transformed my father’s life, my life, and now even my extended family’s lives who have given it a try. You do not realize how sick you are, how sick the food we eat makes us, until you escape.
Some people will never believe me and that’s exactly what the world wants. But at the end of the day, think of what makes money, and what are people willing to do to get that money?
"Seed oils are bad"
[Proceeds to eat 5,400mg of Sodium]
Sodium is not a seed oil, WTF are you talking about?
sodiums not bad as long as u have no pre existing condition. most athletes don't eat enough sodium lol. ur body automatically osmoregulates sodium and water.
@@leotuckey4671 yeah, also those 5g are actually required daily intake.
@
He's saying it's ironic that they say something is unhealthy, then proceed to consume large quantities of nature's equivalent to paint thinner.
The reason excessive sodium is so bad, is that it strips the blood vessels of their lining. That lining can rebuild, but it takes time, time it doesn't get when you're eating 5400mg of sodium a day.
@@manictiger more sodium than the body needs is likely bad, it's just not the constant people believe it is.

On the sleeping in jeans part, I half agree. When I'm indoors and having the AC on cold, I prefer to sleep in commando... But back in the Army in the field and shit (sleeping outside... No tent or shit, just either straight up a half inch thin mat on the dirt or a busted up cot), I preferred sleeping with my UCP/OCP pants on because of spiders, scorpions, camel spiders, etc. So for me, I agree with your jeans statement depending on the environment.

Fat isn't bad for you though, sugar is. Fat is an essential macronutrient. Nuts are made almost entirely of fat.
Salty pork fat is made out of fat. Nothing wrong with oil and fat, until it is not trans-fat, and wasn't heated up to smoke point.
@@MeemahSN you know, that it's pretty energy consuming for our bodies to convert sugar into fat. If you eat more calories than you use, you gain weight. And why the heck should the body turn sugars into fat, when there's already fat available to store?
