Also in another Suzie Q scene, there were huge banners in New york's skyscrapers that say "Vote Smokey Brown". with smokey posing. After Smokey became mayor of some city in Georgia(probably Atlanta) Smokey became Mayor of NYC and he's running for his second term.

Just ... rather than the usual "Next Episode" segment after the credits, it shows Wang Chen returning to the ruins of the Joestar Mansion, who stumbles across the Stone Mask and Dio, somewhat alive, and gets his blood stolen by Dio, promptly becoming a vampire, or at the least, a zombie.

Datbossbr0 idk DIO's coffin had two compartments. After beheading Jonathan, Dio used what remained of his vampiric strength to get into the coffin. Erina was able to get into the top compartment after Dio got in, and after surviving the explosion, drifted at sea. Dio most likely didn't kill her because it wasn't worth it at the time to do so, and because he was too weak. Once Erina is picked up near the Canary Islands, it's presumably daytime, so Dio could do nothing when they let it sink into the ocean.
