Kim held herself with class . Elson easy on the race jokes and everything about race . She’s a Zambian and has helped thousands of not millions of people. She should be emulated and respected . We need more people like her
Wow! Thank you for the shout out at the start Elson. 🙏🏽 BUSINESS NETWORKING ZAMBIA is proud of all the 'business connections' we help facilitate. Also loved when Kim dived into the day to day issues she has to deal with her staff real business conversions are what we live for! 💪
@@thatzedpodcast So many products, I hope I won't forget out some but here is a list I could remember. 1. Black cohosh product helped me with hormonal imbalance and menopausal hot flashes. 2. Omega 3 fish oil and their organic tumeric powder which is mixed with black pepper helped with rheumatoid arthritis and inflammation pain. 3. Fish oil and MORINGA powder helped my son with ADHD. 4. Pure aloe vera helped me too 5. Their dietary supplements are amazing too 6. I can't remember everything I used from umoyo but I have used a lot of their products and I got positive results. 7. Also their vitamin C serum and coconut oil doing wonders for my skin
I think the presenters were quite "passionate" about this conversation they appeared to be all over the place initially, but the guest carried them by continuing where she left off before being interjected in the conversations.
This was so insightful. Thank You THATZED PODCAST. One of the things that stood out for me is CAPACITY BUILDING AS AN ENTREPRENEUR; -Operational -Management -Financial Management -Personal capacities
Being Zambian isn't based on the colour of your skin. There are white Zambians, Indian Zambians, Mixed Race Zambians, Greek Zambians. It was unnecessary to ask questions around race. Otherwise it was a great interview, I have learnt a lot. People of many descents that have chosen this place as their home.... Please let's respect each other #OneZambiaOneTribe
Too much. Very expressive. She reminds us of Kopala people. We think she grew up on the Kopala side of Europe. Glad you enjoyed this one Tuba. You want more of such?
The hand reaching out to grab the food when camera is aimed at Kim😅😅 Lovely podcast. I'm a huge fan of Umoyo and it's great to know the owner and background
This was nice. Kim is awesome, her passion and gracefulness exuded through the screen. I love her story and I particularly loved how she responded to the "white privilege" question. Very insightful.
The diversity of the guests is top tier..I didn't really want to watch this episode when I saw the advert on IG on whom the guest was going to be but being a religious fan ..I tuned in and Kim and her journey is EXACTLY what I needed as a starting extra income earner!!! I think this is my favorite episode so far.❤❤ And I do use umoyo Himalayan salt with their apple cider vinegar... And I have been looking for raw sheet butter....heading to their online store NOW.😅
LOL... Hurry hurry to the nearest store while stocks last. Really glad you enjoyed this episode. Your favourite episode so far? And we're now at episode 86. Hmmm
When it's a black guest and they make the wildest jokes, it's alright. But because it's a white person they should pander to what's comfortable? FOH with that muzungu anikonde mindset...!
It’s inspiring to hear her journey and what she has managed to accomplish, I always enjoy these entrepreneurial episodes. Guys please refrain from the whole race thing when you have guests, I kinda cringed every time you brought up the race thing. Not so cool guys!!!
@@elsonchigerwe1 It wasnt so much the questions, it was the way you emphasised on them. The conversation got abit awkward because here she is and shes explaining all she had to do to get the company to where it is, organically..and then you say- do you think its because you're YT ...awkward
If we ignore the race issue it won't help any of us grow, I feel it's important to discuss those issues for all the races involved. Uncomfortable conversations are necessary for growth. However, Elson would have done a better job at phrasing his question to make the guest less uncomfortable.
So when it's a black guest it's okay for them to take the gloves off, make all sorts of offensive jokes..etc but when it comes to a white person they should sensor what they say? Yall really love white people it's crazy..smh
Elson is now a Journalist and I will officially call you uncle Elson. Gents and the team, this is one of the best shows you have done and you guys didn't hold back on race questions which definitely helps us look at this story different and not consider white privilege or family having enough resources.
Im a huge fan of the podcast but i think attention to detail of interviewing can make a huge difference. i feel like you were forgetting some of the things she was saying..forgot what she studied at uni and had to ask her again..then the sex life joke when she said she was young and then that her parents hated her when she clearly stated SHE was experimenting with her school lunch. The race questions could also be given a rest. She was flustered whenever she had to answer the questions. Cringe moments.. Otherwise great guest, liked this episode.

@BensonNyondo-ld4wz I dont have to . They have publicly said they are friends, and in this very episod, they mentioned the fact that they have a way they relate when they were joking about kids' schools . Every statement is a risk of being offensive worse off a joke .

You two just had a consultancy session and had all of us watch for free 🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿

Guys please refrain from the whole race thing when you have guests, I kinda cringed every time you brought up the race thing. Not so cool guys!!!
Thank you king for the support. What about race discussions made you cringe?
i had the same thought, refer to her as a human being not white , that was a class system used to demean us from Africa.
@@elsonchigerwe1 It wasnt so much the questions, it was the way you emphasised on them. The conversation got abit awkward because here she is and shes explaining all she had to do to get the company to where it is, organically..and then you say- do you think its because you're YT ...awkward

guys.. best interview ever
Elson always asking people what they drive😂😂😂💀

OK am just for watching the BJ episode and it was mentioned zamtel wouldn't advertise with you guys. i wonder what changed ?????
As a way of being accepted as a Zambian, may she try to speak the local language.
Elson keeps adjusting his accent 😅

I especially enjoy and love the entrepreneurial ones! Didn’t hear one curse word from the boys. So it depends on the guests 😮
The general watching the Elson joke
Wow.. C.V. ni kale bwangu😃
The sound though
Elson should just tone down on interrupting people when speaking, otherwise, interesting
Kim you should have demanded Umoyo water and refreshments ONLY on this episode...
Is it only me getting that noise from the microphones?
👏👏👏👏👏
Elson is always on k plus for not finishing school..lol
Mind says no but still go, nice
Whats with the over emphasis on race?. Its 2023 we all know there a lot of white Zambians.
Jesus, the race talks were cringe...
When it's a black guest and they make the wildest jokes, it's alright. But because it's a white person they should pander to what's comfortable? FOH...!
Her articles in the Newspaper, is it ok for her to say it was for free? Considering the exposure she was getting
The WhatsApp number was NOT on the screen🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Elson you should register your company with NIHMA so your employees are covered
❤
👏👏👏🥰🥰🥰
Why does the short dude always downplay kalenga
I think that's the kind of relationship they have , you can't be offended on behalf of someone else .
They are friends before workmates .
Do you know them on a personal level??
@BensonNyondo-ld4wz I dont have to . They have publicly said they are friends, and in this very episod, they mentioned the fact that they have a way they relate when they were joking about kids' schools .
Every statement is a risk of being offensive worse off a joke .
We digress in uncle elsons voice its oho good bro i understand
@BensonNyondo-ld4wz see you also have jokes !!! I get it and
I respect your opinion.
k plus... I keep on seeing your hand across the screen... You can do better there man... Love the show
You guyz better chill with the white jokes!...its old
When it's a black guest and they make the wildest jokes, it's alright. But because it's a white person they should pander to what's comfortable? FOH...!
