- How much would you give up to help others in need? Thomas gave up everything to build an orphanage - from his house and business, to gold jewellery and watches. The journey has been lonely at times, but it has given him the most meaning in life.

Idk why but im so proud of him, giving up his luxury lifestyle must be a hard thing to do. But its true with all the money that you have where can you go? Rather than spend on something unnessary, spend on someone who really need the most. If youre reading this, im proud of u sir 😊👏👏
Truly a man of God. He may not have many materials possessions on this world now, but he has secured his treasures in heaven by living a life of service and servanthood for others.
When you have money, cars and property, your wealth can be measured. This man's wealth for sure surpasses all measurements

Not many people would willingly give up their wealth to help others. Even for family members, people will be calculative when it comes to money. This uncle is one of the few people who realises that there is more to life than just hoarding money and that resources should be used to help others, rather than to keep it for yourself.
So heartwarming to see him on OCS and that he still persist on despite so many challenges and given his age. Immeasurable love for the little ones! He was featured on ChU documentary back in 2015 and i got in touch with him to pass him some donations to send to Philippines. Time to pay him a visit again :)

People who have a big heart can do this, god has a reason for him… this is one of my dream not just to help an orphanage but to have atleast one. I hope god will give me that power to save children who comes from an abusive family. Strong countries who fights with guns and war are inhumanity. Find your reason why we exist not for the money and any material things but to help others who are helpless indeed…

It's true that whatever we have isn't ours in the first place; so why seek things that are not ours? Instead give, let those things move freely to you and it will come back in many ways than one :)

Actually many singaporeans are always deprived of many things in life. Some parents are not well off to send their children for further studies. It would be best to start charity at home.
Everyone called to serve is different. If you feel call to serve you can start one that serve local poor or contribute to organisation that is giving free tuition to low income students. My S1 boy used to tuition P6 boy in an organisation in Toa Payoh. Let your heart lead you.
