Interrupt your routine for 14 Days. 1. Use your opposite hand to brush your teeth for 14 days. 2. Write your affirmation with your weaker hand 3 times for 30 days. 3. Drive or walk the long way home. 4. Look into the sun for one or two seconds for 14 days. 5. Find three ways to Practice Gratitude daily for 14 days. Example Give Complements, give love to people. 6. Next time you are in a crowded room, mentally tell everyone in the room you love them, one by one. 7. Have a small "Night Card" with several power statements you read, on top of your pillow. 8. Set 3 different alarms on your phone every 3 hours. 9. Find someone, even online and encourage them. 10. God’s ways are beyond finding out so there’s no definite way to give an exact timeline as to when a manifestation will occur. There are however certain key principles to follow that increase the power and intensity of your manifestation: 1. Think about what you want as often as possible - throughout your day keep bringing your attention back to your desire, every time you catch yourself thinking, guide your thoughts back to your desire. 2. Do things that make you feel good throughout the day- sing, laugh for no reason, dance, take walks, draw, cook, recall pleasant memories, etc. things that make you feel good distract the conscious mind and allow the subconscious to work without interruption. 3. Pray (meditate) - it’s a great state to not only project the things you want and impregnate the subconscious with your wish but it’s also great for receiving insights and messages from God that can solve your problems. 4. Stay away from junk (as much as you can) - that includes junk food, junk content, junk conversations. These things reduce your ability to send out your desires and they make manifestations take much longer. 5. Consume as much positive content as possible- Be it content from this channel or elsewhere, also eat as good food as possible (food its natural form).
