In Neville’s later work I believe the law and the promise the corrects himself and states that you can still influence people with thoughts regardless of their thoughts and beliefs upon another. Essentially, there’s no free will.

Neville changed many of his concepts after experiencing, and beginning to teach of, The Promise. Initially he taught what is being echoed in this video - the idea that other people can effect you with their thoughts and that it was impossible to cause harm or effect another who 'couldn't wish upon another what you would wish upon them' (eg, the idea that if another person wasn't 'resonating' on a similar frequency you could not effect them); though post-Promise Neville spoke more candidly upon the true nature of reality as if the physical world were illusory, and called it 'dead', while clarifying that only the individual is the operant power in their own reality, and that it was in fact entirely possible to manifest an other person sans the limitations he had espoused years prior. This is the real difference between the 'law of attraction' and the 'Law of Assumption', with the former being limited by the concept that we attract always within the boundaries of our vibration and that there are certain limitations as to what one can manifest - whereas with the latter one is the sole director of their experience, with the only limitation being that which you would ascribe to yourself. Vibration doesn't attract, state (the particular configuration of the concepts one holds of themselves [eg, self-concept] relative to their experience) does - and the world 'outside' of the individual is but a shadow of this state. Hes considered the father of the law of assumption. He learned from an Ethiopian mystic named abdula from the 30s on. Another student of his was Joseph murphy.
Question what if you wanted to change your perspective of someone to a more positive one? However, the person you were seeing doesn’t see themselves in that way. Could you still affect them with your positive energy or not because they don’t see themselves that way?

Regarding thought amplification. If we think eg mum is healthy but she thinks I’m not healthy does that mean my thoughts don’t change her state
YOU are the operant power! There is no free will. Everyone is you pushed out.
