- Unboxing Logosol F2 with Husqvarna 572xp. Assembling the sawmill. Clearing the spot for the sawmill from 2-3 feet snow. Sawing my first lumber and prepping logs for log cabin build.
Amazing feeling to make lumber out of logs I’ve been logging myself! Do the entire process be myself.

Die you assembled whole the mill in the snow?
Yes, that’s right. Had to be careful not to drop anything 😅 First night after work it was dark, so I had to rig some lights and use a headlight.

Simon that’s a great mill set up, looks like it works great. Your torturing me with the snow 😂 I am retired and have a seasonal winter job as Manager of Buildings & Grounds for a ski resort here in Maine USA and I am just getting into the nice hot summer then you start your video shoveling snow😃🤣😳. Having flashbacks!!!👍👍
It runs pretty with small volumes. Sorry for reminding you of winter 😅 Sounds like a really fun job! Ski resorts are a lot of fun. Actually, on this video there’s a ski resort on a mountain in the background. This video material is from winter of 2022. I’ll try to post a video in a summer setting next 😄
@@simon__aslund I’ll get too hot soon and want snow. I am old can’t make me happy, my wife says that. 😂😃. I thought I saw that in the background! Also saw a lot of snowmobiles go by. Looked like a tour group.
You almost sound like a Swede. Can’t make a Swede happy about the weather either 😄 That’s right. There’s a snowmobile trail running just outside my farm. A lot of people come to this area for that reason. Is it the same in Maine?
@@simon__aslund 😃🤣 That’s what my wife says to me, you always complain the weather too hot or too cold!🤣 Yes we do have snowmobile trails everywhere and Atv’s in summer.
Maine sounds very similar to Sweden! Sounds like a really nice place.
And complaining about the weather is all Swedes favorite thing to do. 😅
