Great collection and video. I have 3 different Gorgonians like yours in mine. I love them a lot, a lot, but for some reason they are not as popular, often my LFS tell they don't order much because it doesn't sell well, which surprise me, they are a key to a beautiful tank. They give you verticality in a tank!
Thanks! Yeah it's weird right.. People go off on 200 USD scoly's and acans but refuse to pay 50-100 for a beautiful gorg.. Anyway good to hear you can appreciate it!
Love gorgonians. All of yours fill in the spaces perfectly! I bought a small amount of live rock that had a beautiful cave and arch for my small 10 gallon and she gave me 2 small twigs of gorgonians that i put on some plugs and they have sprouted polpys and looking very pretty! Do you have any videos of your aqua scape before it filled in? I love how it is lifted and I am sure the fish love it to. I am putting up a new aquarium and would love to do my aqua scape similiar to yours!
The new one is pretty and I don't know if it's my imagination but your video is so colorful makes the corals and fish so vivid!I noticed the high hat is getting real big.👌🌿💜💜
Your BEAUTIFUL aquarium gives me so much false hope😂. thanks for the information. My naso tang shredded my gorgonians. I see why now. Low flow, high light= algae=food.
Thanks! Well the LED's are only Marine and Royal Blue LEDS, so a very blue spectrum. the light from the 4 ATI Coral Plus bulbs add enough "white" light to make it nicely balanced!
hey Dutch Reefer.
My purple gorgonians have lost their colour one gone pale pink and my ribbon has gone brown other than the new growth which comes in purple then fades. any idea what they may be lacking. There's purple at the tips and at the base so don't think it could be light. issue
I'm pretty sure that's a flow-related problem, but light might also be involved. Try to give it some more flow first, they can withstand quite some flow!
Haha I don't care about the brand being Chinese or not, I just couldn't think of the name on the spot (which was Zhiyun). So I'm very glad that DJI, another Chinese company, made a quality product :)
Yeah obviously I'm a reefer, not a gardener. I like it at the front, and that's where I put it on purpose (and where it stays). Gives me a good reason to look at the tank from different perspectives plus it adds some verticality which most reef tanks are lacking. So it's a deliberate choice by a non-gardener hehe

Great video about a really cool type of coral!! Love that yellow gorg... It's stunning!
Thanks! Yeah the yellow one is definitely the most beautiful one, just also the hardest to keep alive... :)

Haha it's mainly due to the fact that I'm using a new phone I guess! Yeah it's really growing fast!
DJI is also a Chinese brand, Great video. Cheers!
Anton, your gorgonians look great. I added one to my 75 and it has really taken off. 👍

The brown thick branch gorgonian is a corky finger
What’s that big fish with white and black color long fin on it?
Hi Tu that's a Spotted Drum!
hi, can you keep mennella gorgonia under high intensity light ? is it difficult to keep?
I have seen them doing well under both high light and low light, pretty easy to keep!
What's the big black and white fish
Hi Mark, It's called Spotted Drum (Equetus Punctatus)
My gorgonian is discharging a brown smoky thing what is that? It’s like smoke
Hmm I'm not quite sure, is it doing that all the time or at certain moments?
My purple gorgonians have lost their colour one gone pale pink and my ribbon has gone brown other than the new growth which comes in purple then fades. any idea what they may be lacking. There's purple at the tips and at the base so don't think it could be light. issue

is that a tunicate on the rock next to the NPS gorgonian
It's either a tunicate or some specific sponge, not sure!
@@DutchReefer it looks like a tunicate for sure

I have a video about that, check out my channel! It's focus friday #21
Niiiiiihahahahahace
dude, DJI is ALSO a Chinese brand. sorry to disappoint you.

Anton Great Tank, but your not a gardener, tall plants at back, your purple Gorgonian is tall and wide it's obscuring the corals behind it.
