Dear sir,
Thanks for the details.
I just want to know that recently two private companies Vodafone and idea merged together. So going by my understanding, the said knot is not merger but is amalgamation becos both the companies have lost their individual identities and new company has formed by the name of Vodafone Idea Ltd. So all news channels are quoting wrongly it as merger while as it is amalgamation.
Requesting you to pls explain.
