Rays culture works. The employees are so thankful and grateful for the communication skills they have learned. Ray is awesome!

Really terrible interview from a guy that was more interested in manufacturing controversy than learning anything. Watch Ray's video and see for yourself. He's where he is today because he's a smart guy and he knows what he's talking about.

Dustin Haning I posted this above, but I would put the same query to you:
I thought the interview, though challenging, should stand as a means of
showing that Dalio is willing to lend himself the same transparency he
expects. While I may not agree with either of the men on all points,
wouldn't it be hypocritical to denigrate someone for holding a man, one
      who prizes accountability, accountable?

Ray just wants to EVOLVE. That's why he put out this video of how the economic machine works. He says its done as an act of altruism. What amazing thing, coming from such a rich person.

This was the nerd in high school who was always picked on. This was the guy who every girl never paid attention in school. Today he is a billionaire and now he is the bad guy? This is the problem with today's liberal media. People seem not to understand how hard it is to get to this level. How much treason, you have to go through. All the money you had to invest in education and yourself to gain knowledge. All of the rejections and failed interviews you had to go through to get to this level. And now we are the bad guys cuz we did in our lifetime, things that other made the choice not to. A man or woman who made their wealth... meaning they are self-made success stories deserve much more respect than what this clueless interviewer is giving this man.

Charlie couldn't fathom someone wanted to give back without getting something in return.
It just shows that sadly Charlie is still bitter and not happy to how far he has gotten.
Ray is on another level he realized he can't go much further there are no more mountains to climb or lands to conquer , that's why he talks about friends and family cause truly those are the most important things when you have everything , but when you have nothing too those are the important things .

Charlie Rose is one of the greatest journalists alive with very high intelligence. When two very intelligent minds meet they often clash, then understand each other. The fact some of you thought Charlie was attacking Ray's integrity is evidence you don't understand how great people converse

Exactly, I enjoyed this rather candid exchange between them. And clearly, Ray didn't mind it too much otherwise he would've just left. These are good questions to ask, especially when you're in a room with a guy like Ray.

Income Inequality mostly not because of technology itself. Because of Capitalism, capitalism makes bad redistribution of wealth that makes income inequality. Not technology, technology is an one of the production factor and having a less effect of making income inequality.

Ironically, he seems to get incredibly angry when former employees speak out their TRUTH about him.. It appears that TRUTH is decided by Mr. Dalio.. speak out against him, and face his wrath (see his LinkedIn posts)

If my former hippy was here I'd say Dalio operates from the heart chakra while Charlie is stuck at the solar plexus.

Here is the thing.... you left out a very important word. Self-made; okay? This man is a self-made billionaire. Just to clear the air. Second of all, he has no reason to clear his mind, his mind is already cleared due to the millions of dollars he has multiplied for investors and the jobs he has created in the industry. How have YOU been clearing your mind? Let's talk about you buddy.
