It's beautiful and I love the blue! Shame it doesn't have leather. I've never been a fan of cloth but could live with it. Someone is going to get a really nice automobile...
I have that small block 4bbl-403 on my 78 toronado XS.....UNDERRATED POWER...SMOOTH and QUITE....and 13 m.p.g. around town...just as OLDSMOBILE STATED....u r right...GREAT MOTOR
403 was a great engine for these vehicles. Hard to find, the 307 was more common. I had a 403 in a 1978 Bonneville and it was a lot more robust than a 301.
This car is a perfect example of colors/condition mean EVERYTHING! If this car were say brown and had 130k miles and some rust it would be a 1500-2000 car. This shape and colors ….. WHERE are you going to find one this pristine ????
Def. You can still find those 77-79 Town cars / coupes for 3000-7000$ but they’re just what they are OLD kind of tired looking examples with previous accident repairs , rust, worn leather , dinged up and pitted chrome etc. I know very well what it takes to bring these back and itsNot cheap.
I really like this Riviera! I wish I was living in 1978 again, except for Jimmy Carter and the inflation - history repeating today except no nice cars anymore and no good music anymore! Life today is such a disappointment.
I always thought this generation of Riviera looked like a dressed up LeSabre but this one is beautiful.
Thats what it was.
Pretty much right! lol
That’s because it IS a dressed up LeSabre with a unique looking B pillar
@@jakereal3604 Hate to say, but it's true! lol
