At first I thought it was an old video from when he was vegan! Then I watched the whole video a day later and I was actually really happy for him. I liked him better back then. I wonder if he went to South America to do his weight loss. That’s where Orland is from. Less likely to get outed down there.
One of the reasons I enjoy the travel channel is because you and Nate don't overindulge in food, you try interesting stuff without going too far and it helps my appetite on a bad day

u are correct 250lbs not gonna go overnight!! slow but sure losing weight is the healthiest way and more prone to NOT putting it back on, 11.30 ish.
