I like the commentary on different subjects, it's very helpful.
I would recommend that you cover these topics without playing the tables in the background. It's very hard for me to stay focused on what you're discussing, when you stop mid sentence to talk about the hand.
I'm an older guy, lots of younger people suffer from ADHD nowadays, so focusing well be even worse for them.
