Hi Belinda , she’s adorable ! My little Chi . Is 105 dog years old & he wears the things that have Velcro closure . I will someday have another puppy or dog , can’t imagine life without a fur baby !love your ideas & I will save to my phone for the future 🐾💕🐾

I would use the cuff as the neck, just because it’s finished and not so frazzled looking, it just looks neater to me

Your puppy is the cutest!!! This is just the sort of thing I was looking for. With carpal tunnel, I have trouble knitting & crocheting. My friend has a poodle, very tiny & she's always cold or needs protection from the sun since she has lost most of her hair from Cushings Disease. I love to get things for her to wear but sweaters & dresses have become pretty expensive. This is the perfect solution. Thank you so much for posting. I have to get busy LOL.
