Gordon, thanks for the video. I was unable to locate Stage Manager in my Apple AppStore. Do you additional info?

Yes. It's built into IOS 16. Go to Settings->Home Screen & Multitasking. Turn the switch on and it will be in that mode until you decide to turn it off.

There are also options to not show the recent apps and dock.

Stage Manager is only available on Apple devices with M1/M2, A12X and A12Z chips.
