    Great tips. I have a monthly calendar where I rotate meals so we have a lot of variety throughout the month and each week I just need to see what's on the menu for that week and only make adjustments if needed. Saves a lot of time. I'm not a big fan of cooking, though! Would love to have someone cook for me! haha

      Sounds like a great system! Anything that can keep decision making to a minimum at meal time is a huge win! But yes, the actual cooking of the meals can still present a problem ;).

      Thank you. My favorite part of my kitchen is definitely the view. I'll see everything from hummingbirds to deer to armadillos and I love it! Oh, and my cat who has learned to jump up to the window to let us know she is ready to come inside!

    Some good tips - I like the idea of just thinking about one protein and two vegies, Also eating vegies in season is a good one too , so mnay AIP recipes are for vegoes that are out of season and therefore expensive. "Build your own ' night is a great idea too , TY

    Is AIP and Paleo the same type diet?

    • @PrepDish
      @PrepDish  4 роки тому +2

      AIP is a more restrictive form of Paleo. AIP excludes nightshades (like tomatoes, potatoes & eggplant) as well as nuts and seeds, thes are all allowed on Paleo. Hope this helps!
