I have no preference as to when a UA-camr uploads. I just watch on my free time when a video is available. I'm not mad if they aren't consistent as I am not waiting for those uploads.
Like you I find cleaning helps me cope with my stress and depression. I do housekeeping as a job, it’s such hard work sometimes, I’m 64, I go home exhausted after every shift. Really enjoy your videos, don’t have any preference as to when you post. Please don’t put pressure on yourself,those that love you will always be here.❤

I watch UA-cam mostly when the days' responsibilities are done...so in the evening. If I find myself needing motivation, I will give myself 10-15 min and then maybe play it as I'm listening and working. I will not stop my day to watch someone's video at the time it is uploaded.... not even for a giveaway. Today, I am under the weather, so breaking my rule as I lay in bed waiting to feel better and catching up on yours for motivation when I am feeling normal....I'm laying here chomping at the bit.

I also clean to reduce my anxiety. However, my health prevents my from doing it like i want. I also struggle with sentimental value and that hundreds my decluttering. Great video ❤
As far as when I watch youtube, I usually watch it in the evening. I watch it because it calms me down and relaxes me.

I too suffer from depression. I am fortunate that I have always been able to still do what needs to be done everyday. In fact, cleaning, decluttering and yard work helps me get through the day. I am more weepy at night when I am done cleaning and working for the day. Usually at bedtime.

What a wonderful gift you gave to your friend. I’ve also cleaned when I was younger and know my clients loved coming home to a clean home. I do not stress clean but will hole up wit a book or sewing. Having a hard time deep cleaning as my knees are shot and hurt badly. I’ve been slowly decluttering so that I can get help. Now to find someone who cleans like you!

I will typically watch a UA-cam video when I first get up in the morning while drinking my cup of coffee and then again in the afternoon when I sit down to eat lunch. I’m not looking for a certain video on a certain day. I have a few that I follow and I watch them when it fits my schedule. I find that watching videos first thing in the morning and again at lunch gives me the motivation. I need to get things done. Hope that helps.
As a viewer i just watch youtube videos of you girls that i follow and i do it most of the time on my phone while i am on the exercise bike or just take a break.
I have a Shark and love it. I clean my entire vacuum canister, filters everything hot soapy water and then let it air dry.
Lynn, i just found your channel over this weekend. It's July, and yesterday i binged your channel. I definitely need motivation. I have over 12,000 UA-cam notifications! Got to figure out how to get rid of them! Im almost 75 and I'm just shy if being recommended for an episode of Hoarders! I, too, suffer from depression and anxiety. My first therapist diagnosed me with PTSD after the death of my husband three years ago. For some reason, this year actually hit me harder than when he actually passed away. I figured that it was because I felt that I had to be strong for our kids. (My hubby went fishing and was found on the bank at the edge of the river by a couple on their morning walk.) You have motivated me more than you can know.

Actually this is Denise I am Randall's wife. I love watching you and I learn more cleaning great ways. I watch you most of the time on my TV. Cause I can see you better. I am 61 and my eyes are getting old. Lolol. Keep up the great cleaning and tips.❤❤❤
I clean my vacuum every time after i have used it
