tip: there is 1 diamond pile in %90 of all chunks so when you find a diamond pile and mine it dont mine in the same chunk anymore because you wont find anymore diamond so when you find diamonds prees F3 + G and you can see chunk borders and walk out of the chunk you find diamonds in and mine in a new place

No you’ve gotta at least mine around the diamonds you found because sometimes there’s more
@@whatsnext575 A 16 by 16 block area, that is used to load and unload when you are on different distances from it. You can set the amount of chunk count distance you can see in one position

As a dad who has played a bit of minecraft over the years it’s good to see up to date advice, I’ve always branch mined 1 row with 3 in the middle and on the 4th like you mentioned but will try the 2 block gap method. Great content and you’ve earned a sub 👍👍
I've used method one since forever. It's more fun and you get to explore caves too.
If you have a full beacon, you can do haste II mining and just tare through a small cave and make your own cavern. But that's pretty endgame stuff.
Then 1.17 comes and your stuck with a Warden

I tried the first method and I got 19 diamonds... So I went to dig a 2x2 tunnel and I found MORE!!! That tunnel's name is the "Diamond Path" that is what I called it since it's too op :) anyways, thanks a lot!

Wtf, you must be avoiding every single diamond, maybe try mining in different chunks
Strip mining is bullshit just dig straite
I always find diamonds on Y level 8, also I dont listen to strip mining methods I just mine in random straight lines until I find lava where diamonds are usually near sometimes.

Yh same it took me 3 hours of mining on y10 and I only found 6 diamonds... quickly decided that it was a good thing I had spare villagers and got all my armour + tools from them
TYSM, I found a treasure map from an underwater structure and from the treasure, I got 2 discs(wait and mellohi... at least if it was cat instead of wait I'd be an epic gamer) and I was since 4th of July (today is 7th) looking for ONE diamond, this tutorial helped me get like 5 just today ^o^ you deserve more support than you get!
Quick summary: go to x11, and mine straight. Turn normally and LOOK for lava, when you do clear it out and there should be diamonds
edit it to y11 not x11

@@amh6656 you need diamonds to obtain obsidian to craft a nether portal which would lead you to the nethers where you can acquire a blaze rod. so diamonds are necessary.
@@amh6656 if you are lucky to spawn near a portal then you wouldn't need diamonds. but that is very rare or only possible with seeds.

Another method I use is stand on y5 and dig up 5 blocks every 2 blocks. That way you can cover way more y levels than just mining at y11

You can also use the letter C that shows under you fps it shows how many blocks of air there are in your chunk usually around 50 is a cave and anything around 100 up is usually a ravine

When mineing diamonds becomes a skill
Got 18 diamonds today, before I watched this video. I saw a video of another UA-camr. He was teaching us how to branch mine and it was amazing. I was doubting myself first because I never found diamonds before and when I saw his video, I started branch mining and I found 6 diamonds. Then, I wanted more diamonds so I continued branch mining and eventually I found 12 more. That adds up to 18 diamonds in total. Yes, I am addicted to minecraft.
I dont know the name of the video I watched but I am going to check which video it was and then I am going to come back to this comment and write the name of the UA-cam channel and the video he made.
