- in this video i am going to show you how to milling thread on holo pipe or external or internal thread on solid material, types of threading tools and part program for dim-54 mm part thread depth 15 mm and pitch 1.5 mm.
how to calculate value of j and i on the circle. i and j is offset values for distance of start point of circle to the centre of the circle in x-axis and end point of the circle to the centre of the circle in y axis, called i, and j offset values.

Mene video me bhi kaha hai, ek hi tool se kai type ki pitch bana sakate hain, ye pitch ke according nahi hota, pitch program me dete hain, cost compny to company alag alag hoti hai, 5 to 10 thausand

Software to bahut sare hain, depend karta hai kis company me kon sa use karte hain, Auto cad hai, catia, solid works hai, cam hai, bahut sare hain, bahut institute sikhate hain, or agar ability hai to khud bhi seekh sakte hain

thanks mohit, sorry for inconvenience , here is my typing mistake actually, this is the calculation for z axis movement, if pitch is 1.5 mm and thread per inch is 8 in metric thread, so that we should 1.5/8=0.1875mm this is the actually move in z direction for first cut. are you getting me mohit, please reply

Yes ye actually hass control system me use kar sakte hain, same as ganv me G54 work offset ki jagah hass me G154 use karte hain .And p 1to 99 external offset values ke liye use karte hain.
