The wife and I enjoy the 1928 very unique and I get spice and a lot of apple. No harsh marker or anything with ours. We typically drink straight but I can see using it in cocktails too.

If you like Calvados, pick up the Blackened x Rabbit Hole collab. Pretty good. Think its Rabbit Hole Heigold mixed with a 12 year old bourbon finished in calvados. Pretty good imo. Like all of the blackened stuff i've had. Only one I've never had is the willett collab.

That Killowen rum & raisin Irish whisky is pretty interesting - a little young, but nice cream soda and tropical fruit flavors from the coconut rum casks.

The Lucky Seven Hold Up is the surprise of 2023 for me... absolutely great! I immediately bought a backup and I might even consider a bunker bottle.
