Sr ..signs and symptoms of OAF . Is it same as clinicil features...what are the signs pain,escape of fluid,escape of air,nasal tone voice these are the signs or not?symtoms what? In exam signs and symptoms asking seperately please reply sr
symptoms are what patient can feel and say...signs are what others or examiner notice ...both come under clinical features...to avoid confusion i didnt discussed separately and i feel there is no need to mention as signs and symptoms...i dont think so question will be asked to write separately...if they asked also, you can write clinical features
