I even started the video with the attitude that it's good Enough that I started this video but bloody hell I made it through the whole thing. Propably wasn't the prettiest but hey thats why we alone in this house! So Thank you for showing me that I actually can do things!!

Literally can't thank you enough for these work outs! I walk around 12 miles a day for work as I'm a postal worker so having the motivation to do any other exercise is difficult..... But I actually look forward to my days off because I get to have a dance party to all my favourite throwbacks and call it fitness!!
