Tips after my AVM Surgery and Rehab!

In this video I want to give thanks to all the people whom were there giving me moral and emotional support. Everyone of you played an important role in my recuperation. I want to add that Therapies are very important. I had Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy for 3 months at the Outpatient Rehab and recuperated tremendously.
I also want to say that part of why I decided to share my story on UA-cam was because I wanted to see if this would help me with my short term memory. I had to force myself to think and remember the most I could about what had happened to me. Also, I want to make everyone aware that AVM ruptures do happen and if not treated properly can have fatal results or can be left with serious deficits.
I will now be doing Weekly Vlogs and share my daily livings with you all. I will be giving tips on what I did to help me get through My New Me!

My mom is in the hospital recovering she's been embolised 5 times then had the AVM surgery. She's on day 18 of post surgery recovery. 53 years old. Operation was on the right side of her head. I'm so worried for her.. she smiles when she sees me and talk to her, she's kinda mumbling and dream-like talking but she's been progressing much more. Yesterday I played one of her favorite songs and she actually did a pretty good job trying to sing to the song and it was such a great miles stone. She's recovered movement in her right arm as well

Hi,glad everything is going well. I'm 26 and recently got diagnosed with an avm on my left parietal lobe. I still haven't decided on what treatment i want to go with.

@@everjust23 doing good thank God. I had a procedure done last year they were only able to embolise one feeder still need two more to embolise and after that need to go for radiation so the avm can be gone for sure. Not gonna lie it can be scary and depressing at times , but no matter what i gotta keep on pushing. Thanks for asking 🙏
