Looks like the pump operator forgot to place the transmission back into drive after placing it in pump gear.
Yikes. His captain did not look happy. Caught on camera too.

Dose the pump operating knows what he is doing , he didn’t engage the PTO

It’s a public area space, the fire guys & Police know me. I’m allowed to film at safe distances at my own risk. I have proper PPE Fire Jacket when it comes to fires. 👍🏻
100% have done that before. Its a easy mistake especially with the push button transmission. If your going too fast it wont tell the transmission to switch. Easy fix just ti slow down and double check
