You can also buy LED replacement bulbs that draw very little current. I replaced mine 4 years ago and they are still going strong. They are on 24/7, so I can see why the old ones burned out so quickly.
Hi Doug, I ordered the address unit you suggested from Amazon. My son was tasked with trying to remove the old one and found it was cemented to the outside wall. It didn't matter that the two screws were easy to remove, he couldn't remove the unit. Any suggestions??
Hard to tell having not seen the installation. If you damage your outside walls (for any reason) they can always be repaired with a Stucco patch and paint. The HOA can tell you the outside paints used on your house and the stucco can be purchased at Lowes or Home Depot for about $15/qrt
@@housetalk1636 My outside wall is the brick style and I wouldn't know how to repair that if we damaged it. It is not stucco. The reason for trying the solar light is that on the original one, I have one bulb that works only when a second one is plugged in but the second one won't light and they are all new bulbs.
Doug I heard address lights are distributed free at the HOA office

Since you live in Trilogy I would be willing to look at your light next week. Monday or Tuesday. No charge. Doug
@@dougbowmanvideos7155 I would love for you to come by. Thought you were going to do so this week. Still a possibility?

Hey Doug - RO systems are common here at Trilogy. Maybe a good topic?
