Thanks for the video. I have a question. If someone receives a removal order, attends the appeal, and then leaves Canada before the appeal results are released but ultimately dismissed, can their Canadian spouse who lives outside Canada sponsor them to immigrate?
Why on the spousal sponsorship forms do they ask for the due date if the sponsor or applicant is pregnant yet they never seem to honour that date which is given on the form?
Hi Mark from Himalayas, I did electronics Engineering around 12 yrs ago and have been working since, could you verify If I study Dietician & nutritionist course from Canada, do i have a chance that if i work on PGWR as nutritionist I'll still get PR regardless of my background work & study in my home country?

And plz i have another question i had benefited from OSAP before am i eligible for a sponsorship?
Am I eligible to sponsor if I have a criminal record which I received a pardon for in 2009?
If I sponsored my parents before that should i count them in the minimum amount required for spousal sponsorship?
Looking forward to hearing from u
