Hi, really cool video, I have the same bike and I was wondering if it is worth it to spend money on a slip on exhaust, in your opinion does it actually make a big difference compared to the original one in terms of sound?
yes, spent 260€ on a Mivv GP Black Steel 100% worth it. I'd argue the GP Pro sounds considerably better and would put the extra for that if I didn't already have my non pro GP.
Hey, thanks for the feedback! No I haven’t noticed any difference between the GP Pro and stock. Also have a sport air filter from K&N - I get about 3,2-3,5l/100km
So technically a slipon shouldn't change your mileage at all, because it doesn't do anything to the mapping process of the bike. But what I've noticed is that I started riding way more spiritedly since I slapped my Mivv GP Black on my cb500f, meaning the mileage did drop abit. But because how I rode the bike. And that's what mileage really depends on, how you ride/drive a vehicle.
@@Daniel-dj7fh well a sport exhaust reduces back pressure, meaning more exhaust gasses can exit, if you combine it with a high airflow filter the bike will adjust its map slightly. Results in slightly better response. But yes your style will decide how much your consumption varies! :)
hey bro, love your videos, i have the same bike and the zoom h1n but i cant seem to get recorded audio as good as you, can you please tell me what settings you use on the zoom h1n and were do you keep it? thanks
It’s different from bike to bike, it depends on how loud it is and where you carry the mic. I advise you to take a day and try to find the best settings for yourself. :)
Normally you can - I set it up so I can only upshift and for downshifts I blip the gas manually to rev match. The downshifts with the QS only work if you are on throttle which is of little use to me. :)
