I bought the CB500F 2022, black matte, (my first bike) and am getting close to 2 years riding it now essentially every day. It's a wonderful bike to start with and can give anyone, beginner or not, a great deal of fun for a lifetime, super well rounded and looks very slick, in any colour too. It's been a constant growth process and it's honestly very refreshing to see a rider such as yourself, that despite the experience you haven't allowed yourself to go numb to the driving and not paying attention, or to not enjoy the ride. Very aware of your surroundings, properly defensive riding and still keeping it always scenic and fun when the time allows. You're a great rider, head in the right place, I hope to reach such levels. Great bike man, looking for an exhaust to upgrade to, might just pick yours. Have a good one cheers x
Thanks for the words man, warms my heart to read that! I think many riders forget to have respect for the bike and keep in mind that on the street there are many unknown variables. At the end of the day I always want to make it home in one piece and have my fun doing so! 👍🏼✌️
So, the quickshifter definitely works smoothly, I only use it on upshifts because I like to bleep the throttle on downshifts. There is a app where you can set the cutoff times and more.
Amazing sound! I have a 2022 cb500f and thinking about to buy a new exhaust. If you compare with stock exhaust and the exhaust you have. Is it much lowder?
@@SkizMoto Hello! Love your vids, Ive bought the MIVV GP Pro for my CB500x from seeing your vids, I would like the same DB killer modification as you have and would absolutely love if you could tell me which modification do you have. Ive seen shorter ones, wider opening ones or ones which have holes in its tail. If you can tell me what you have id really appreciate it, thank you very much!
@@ulysse_gen Hey, thanks for the support! So I just had the pinched end of the dbkiller opened. It’s a bit tough to bend the end open but doable! In this video though I had just removed the DB Killer completely.
@@SkizMoto You're welcome of course! Ill take a look at that im really insterested in the sound you bike does in the other vids, yea i tried without the DB killer but its way too much, and here in France id get fines every 50 meters lol. Thank you very much and have an amazing day!

I’ve got a ‘22 500F with an Akropovic (no db killer) and love it. Would mind more info on the quick shifter tho

he skizmote what settings are u using for ur heltech quickshifter. i got one to one a cb500f and yours sounds like its really dialed in.

It’s a bit louder but the exhaust note gets deeper. If you don’t modify the DB-Killer, it shouldn’t hurt your ears. Definitely worth while though!
