I'm with you Rob I have seen baseball games in regular seats and box seats. After experiencing box I couldn't do regular anymore 😂 especially during the height of summer
I love Dallas but the increasing cost of living due to transplants is getting rough. Las Colinas (Irving) offers skyline views, lake views, and access to the DART train if you live by Lake Carolyn. Its one of my fav spots in the DFW.
757 is in the house. My wife and I are relocating from Hawaii to Dallas. Her job is remote and I’ll be working in Highland Park. Can’t decide which suburb we want to live in. Right now, we’re thinking Plano.
You should be able to find that. Check out Lewisville, and Carrollton in addition to Plano. Being near Hwy 121 is very convenient. It’s a direct line to the DFW airport.
I have a relative in Ft. Worth. Weather, traffic, views, and property taxes would be some of top cons for me. Box seats are definitely the only way to see a baseball game!
Let me answer that No it does not equal out. Here in GA, the property taxes, state taxes, and city and county taxes are always raising. You guys were very well-spoken and are a beautiful couple.
I worked at at a large company with people from Cali, Chicago, and DMV area and some moved back because they said the property taxes OUTWEIGHED where they came from others didn't move, but they said the regretted moving to TX my con is no cultural activities, the TORNADOES that come right through the city & burbs, and no rail system that goes far enough into the burbs (I'm in Frisco) But I've left and came up with reasons to return🤷🏽♀️
Every location has it's pros and cons. We enjoy the cultural activities provided by the Dallas Black Dance Theater. We never have a problem finding something to do. The candlelight quartets performing Beyonce, Adele, and other artists was amazing. We attended an R&B Mother's Day concert with Musiq Soulchild, Angie Stone, and the Isley Brothers. There's always a comedy show to attend. We believe that relocation is what you make it.
@@LearnHustleGrow relocation is what you make it but everyone could use a little help getting settled in. what this is very helpful...I think a lot has to do with newcomers knowing about activities like this.... definitely worth looking into. THANKS!
Austin is a cool city. It’s also the most expensive city in Texas. Once the market cools down you might be able to find something. We suggest you move there and rent for a while to get a feel for the area first. In this market sellers don’t have to consider a VA loan.
We find that any search if best neighborhoods results in the most expensive. More money means more tax dollars, better schools, and more resources. Go through the list and check each neighborhood for diversity. This will help you narrow down the list. Make sure there are employment opportunities within a 30 minute drive. Public transportation is still being developed. www.papercitymag.com/real-estate/fort-worth-best-neighborhoods-arlington-heights-rivercrest-westcliff/?amp
I moved to the DFW in 2005 to escape the last housing bubble and purchased my 1st Arlington, TX home for 125K. It’s surreal, because I never thought this house would be worth anything; let alone the 300K I just sold it for ✌🏿🤑
Find your North Texas home. www.robtxrealtor.com
Loved living in the DFW, would move back. Lived in Keller, which has EXPLODED. Excellent schools.
Hey Val! It’s crazy how much the area has changed. Most of the North burbs are known for their good schools.
Thanks guy. Learning from y’all from each of your videos.
Awesome! Share our videos with your friends.
Thanks. My daughter who lives in and loves Dallas, wants us to move to Dallas from Ohio. Your video is helpful in our decision-making.

Thanks for watching! What’s your timeframe? Plano is a popular place. Most companies are headquartered north of Dallas. Are you guys planning to rent?

Between DFW and Houston, which is better for art, culture, being active, and building community for a 30-something?
Both cities offer arts, culture, and entertainment. Houston appears to offer more night life. Both cities require you to drive everywhere.
What suburbs south of Fort Worth would you suggest ?
It comes down to what you’re looking for. Have you searched RobTXRealtor.com for homes within your budget?
